Definitely recommend this place for private events and family gatherings there’s a pool and balcony with private cabana it’s hidden in the middle of downtown plenty of parking food drinks so good

I wouldn’t recommend going here. The staff (aside from security) were extremely rude, especially the woman working the front door for the pool party on sunday labor day weekend — straight hair, bad attitude, and completely unprofessional. She clearly didn’t want to be there and made no effort to be welcoming.
The food was terrible, and they even messed up my order. On top of that, the bartenders were distracted and seemed completely out of it — not what you expect when you’re paying for service.
Save your time and money — there are much better spots out there that actually treat their guests with respect. Come to find out they dont give refunds as well!! save ur money !!

I went a couple weeks ago when Herbo was there. I had a great time. DJ was going crazy and the atmosphere was turnt up. My only complaint is service could have been better. We got there at 1:30 and had a VIP section. I swear the bottles we ordered didn’t arrive till like 30 mins before close so we didn’t get to really drink too much of it. Quicker service for VIP would be nice especially when you’re paying as much as we paid for the section.

The whole place was unorganized from the start in tell me & my friends got kicked out for no reason. The door was supposed be open at 10 o’clock . One of the security guard lied and told us 30 minutes until we get in 30 minutes. Turn into an hour and a half .DJ came late the owner came late. You asked questions about parking or can we use the restroom . No one had any answer they didn’t set up before the show started. They waited to everybody came informed huge line just to get Instagram recording. When we finally arrived inside. and I order a hookah ask for the hookah at 11 o’clock is going on until 12 almost 1230 is still haven’t received my hookah then the the security guard came to the area where we was sitting at , harassing me and my friends and told us we gotta go we’re getting kicked out and we are looking at each other like what’s going on what we do we just chilling he said the owner said we gotta go no explanation or nothing embarrassed us in front of everybody. ask about my refund about my hookah. The security guard told me no you gotta go to somebody else about it out the door outside. No I’m not Finna leave until I get my money because I sat here and waiting for a long period time is still haven’t received it so finally the nice lady she gave me my money back then we went to the owner outside. he told us it was a miscommunication and we are not getting kicked out. They just want us to move into a different location. We asked them why they didn’t say that from the jump or ask us nicely or talk to us the security guard still going crazy talking us like we’re criminals me and my homegirl’s didn’t feel comfortable staying. We left. He didn’t even apologize for the mistake he made.

They put flyers out to get people to come. I got tickets on eventbrite and the tickets said free entry and open bar to 12. We got there and there was no open bar and no crowd. Now don’t get it twisted, I have no issue with paying for my drinks but, don’t say open bar if it’s not. I drove all the way from Gwinnett because of false advertisement.

We booked a section with promoter miamimitch5000 . We specifically asked him if the 3 bottles we wanted were included in the total cost ($1200) , to which he said yes . Once we arrived at the club we were told that we would have to pay an additional $300 for the third bottle (new total $1500) . The bottle girl said it was because there was a $300 entry fee . The promoter said it was because the bottles were $100 additional. All in all the promoter lied and the club didn’t stand behind what their promoter advertised.

Im disgusted at the state of this establishment. My car club held an event there and the lack of management in this place was evident! No soap in the bathroom and only one sink working! And outside none of the staff knew how to turn the fans on for the people who had sections. There was also a lack of liquor! We couldn’t even get a bottle of Hennessy or Crown for our section. And the food!! Omg! I ordered lemon pepper winds all flat but I received lemon pepper wings that were mainly drumsticks and they were nasty! The wings were dry and shriveled up and yall had the nerve to charge $25! This is a nice place and it’s unfortunate that it is run so poorly!!

All I’m going to say is, I see why establishments don’t make it. After spending $40 to park and 30 to get in, the women at the front have terrible attitudes. I wish women could separate personal from business. Not worth the price. I will stay at home and kick rocks with open toe shoes before coming back to this place.

Not enough parking spaces. They ran out of beer, Vodka, water by 1am. There was no AC in there on night thay was 90F.
They had a extra roomy outdoor with cieling fans but the fans can’t be turned om coz nobody knows where the controls were.

So I visited this place and let me just tell you aesthetically it’s nice but they rip off their customers they will publicly post One price and then at checkout charge you another the place looks good but the service is trash management responds is trash now the people the environment was relax but it’s a rip off call it scam house and the bad part about the gratuity is I got the food from the bar meaning I didn’t even have a server soo save yourself some time I purposely went out there to experience it and gather proof
