I did an Online order. 4 spicy chicken strips,and livers. I opened the chicken box and I thought my order was wrong because my chicken strips look like party wings. For almost $8 this is the smallest chicken strips I have ever had. Disappointed.

We stopped here to eat lunch. My husband ordered dark meat 2 piece combo and when the order came, there 2 legs. He asked the girl at the counter that took our order if he could get a thigh instead of one of the legs and she said no – that they only had 1 thigh and in case something happened in the drive thru, they would need it for that. Craziest thing ever. Lots of people ordering thighs after us and everybody got their thighs. Lol

I got the 4 piece tenders with gravy, mashed potatoes and okra for 12 bucks. The food was hot and ready by the time I reached the window and they packed the box FULL! I ate, my husband ate my leftovers and there was still leftovers left after that! Great deal, great service, fast and friendly. Thanks yall!

Went there tonight and will never be back. I know they probably don’t care anyways. I walked in to grab my drink I was picking up, and my wife was outside in front of the store, in the drivers seat, waiting for me. And with no greeting at all, I just get a “how about next time don’t park in our driveway like that” and I proceeded to tell him my wife was in the car and he said “like I said, next time actually park your car” and this is word for word wether you believe it or not. So I won’t eat at a place that has such a horrible manager working at it. And his name was CHUCK (from what he told me)

The chicken was dried out the order taken wasn’t the order received, apparently the drive thru associate doesn’t listen/understand simple English and the biscuit was dry and shrunk…. And they report record profits….. For shame… Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Picked up a 4 piece chicken tender meal to go and the chicken was so salty I could not eat. Just called to let them know but the woman that answered was very unconcerned. It would be a shame for this business to shut down for terrible food and lack of business like so many others from Ardmore.

I’ve stopped at Chicken Express/Ardmore for many years when I’m traveling in the area. Everytime I’ve received fresh food and good service. I stopped there last night and received the complete opposite. I spent $40 on a family meal. I had to throw half of the chicken away….the white meat. Because it was hard, crunchy, and couldn’t chew it. Also bought a chicken strip meal that was old. I won’t mention the condiment and utensil/napkin issue. The service wasn’t acceptable either.
I called and spoke to a manager about my experience. Basically was told they accommodate the locals more than the travelers. Which was to explain the no utensil/napkin issue.
He never said anything nor got an apology about the old chicken which was a waste of my money and time.
I concluded with never returning again.

I am staying at the Mercy Hospital across the street. Unfortunately we are losing my grandma. I forgot my wallet at the hospital. The lady in the window gave me my food for free. My dad and I were so taken back by her kindness. Thank you that young lady.

Old, dry rubbery chicken and poor service with hateful condescending attitude too many times. No excuse for selling trash pieces of chicken. No excuse for the attitude of some of the employees. Never know if the quality will be okay or terrible. My fault for expecting honesty and ethical integrity. Once was consistently good there with friendly service. I may try again in a few years. In recent times (past year or so) I do not recommend.

This is by far the best Chicken Express I’ve been to! My family and I stopped here while traveling twice over the summer and both times were a great experience! The food was hot & fresh, the orders were 100% correct, the atmosphere was super friendly, and best of all- the CUSTOMER SERVICE was FABULOUS!
During our first visit, Sharon was so friendly and helpful at the front counter. I was super impressed after that visit! This time, Daniel took our order and again provided excellent customer service. He even brought our order out to me since I had a handful of sweet teas to take to the car! Both visits were spot on- which is pretty hard to find these days. Both the counter employees and the kitchen staff deserve serious kudos! And clearly the management is getting it right at this location! Keep up the great work CE of Ardmore!
