When you order a meat burrito at the end of the day you’re looking for some protein.. this sad excuse of a burrito barely had any pork that I could detect. Mostly just tasted like rice and tortilla, because they use a large tortilla but pack so little in there that you taste it a lot. For $18 with a drink?? Completely not worth it.. you can get a burger across the street with 10 X more meat for less money.

I’m not too much of a food truck person due to past experiences. High pricing and lack of flavor. This taco truck gets two thumbs up . Good food, decided pricing, and the portion was huge. I will definitely stop here again when I’m passing through.

I’m from South Texas where there’s a taco stand on every street corner. So I can tell you they really have good tacos here.

As a truck driver, you know, it can be difficult to get good food while you’re on the road. Every time I pass through, I stop here while I’m getting my feel. I call, I make my order fuel up. Park walk over and grab my food.
I haven’t really been able to try a lot of other stuff but I’ve tried every burrito on the menu and hands down, this place is one of the best places to eat at the food is fresh and flavorful when you get your food, it’s not cold. It’s always hot. Ohh, and just a heads up when she asks you If you want hot sauce and you tell her, yes and she gives you the hot one. It is definitely hot. Be careful, but I love it. I will always stop here every time I go through and I recommend anyone who sees this message, give them your support i’d rather spend my money here than inside the truck stop

Most positive reviews are from truck drivers who have low standards, they’re happy with the truck stop hot dogs. Went here because the rating was high, and it looked good lol but Absolutely disgusting, obviously low quality ingredients. Enjoy throwing it up. Reported to the inspector

Very friendly English and Spanish-speaking. It’s family owned. I’m guessing your mom is a cook. The son is in charge of the cashier register stuff and taking the orders. I ordered the tortilla de Asada in my honest opinion. I’m from a border town El Paso, Texas. I grew up eating tortoise Mexican food. You know you name it in my honest opinion it could use less cream more meat add some avocado, and that salsa needs to be spicier. It has no kick at all. The meat itself has some good flavor to it. It could be a little bit more charter just throw in a whole slab of the Asada meat instead of chopping it up in pieces on the tortoise itself on a one to 10 scale. I’ll give it about a seven on the salsa that’s a straight up maybe one just cause it’s not spicy but on service they get a 10 that’s just my opinion. I suggest you guys come try it out. It’s a family own businessand yeah, let’s get it.

We went to get a fries burrito and hot Cheetos burrito and it was absolutely delicious! They’re a good size and they’re packed with meat and fries! We also got the red and green sauce with it. The sauces were more on the thinner watery side but still really flavorful! Also bring cash, they have 4% charge if card is used!

On our travels we like to find new and exciting places to eat. This is one that has been on our list for quite some time. Just never had the time to stop. Highly recommend it. good service, good food, and quick order time. Highly recommended to everyone coming through to stop and eat. This little taco bus is in Hayburn, Idaho off exit 211 across the street from the Love’s on Continental Drive.
