One of the worst subways I have ever been to. These workers were very impatient and rude we wanted three sandwiches and they were fed up after 2. There were 3 ladies and one of them was very rude to my daughter the other two got very mad when we asked them for a simple task of making a sandwich. If I could give them negative 5 zero stars. It was horrible

Came in for one of my friends to say a quick 5 min hi then leave and guy with a pony tail bun comes up hey not to be rude but my manager says if your not ordering anything you have to leave in 20 min when the work friend said the manager left if your gonna lie to customer you shouldn’t come up to them in the first place

Night staff was not friendly. Did not even politely greet me when I walked thru the door. They were cold did not even give me a friendly smile. I felt like walking out the door but the order had already been paid for. I get home and this location is only 10 mins from my home. Both subs were sloppy. Not even warm I get we didnt ask the bread be toasted but I did not expect the meat to be ice cold. I heated this up in my microwave when I shouldn’t have had to do that. What a disappointment.

The two boys gossiping in the back couldn’t be bothered to come out and greet me when I walked in. Whilst searching for my pickup order, one of them finally got up and just kinda looked at me for a second. I asked him where my cup for my drink was, and he almost acted like he didn’t believe me.
Get home to eat, and I find that, though I asked for no mayo, I got a mayo sandwich. It’s not overly hard to pay attention. Even teenagers can do it. These guys need another round of customer service training pronto.
