One of the best ice cream shops around. The service is always top notch and generally pretty speedy even with a decent number of people in line. Their mint chocolate chip is my favorite despite all the other choices on the menu. The waffle cones are always fresh and the portions are on the large side.

Came to Bruster’s for the first time. My boyfriend and I walked up to order and a young gentleman was kind and greeted us. Meanwhile next to us, a young blonde working the store was too busy talking to a young male presumably her boyfriend or such. A line began to form behind us and not once did she ask the young man to walk away to help the gentleman who took our order. How is this okay Bruster’s? This shouldn’t be a one man show.

I’ve gone to Brusters for many years since I discovered them when I still lived in VA. Now that I’m in PA, I still go, lately to the Seven Fields location. The Gibsonia location closest to where I live never has any sugar-free flavors, so I go to locations that have them, including the Perry Highway & Ingomar Road location. I guess it’s up to the store owner/manager to decide which flavors are best for their circumstances. The ice cream is always fresh & flavorful.
