We decided to try this place since we were in the area. And I had the nacho fries with steak. My wife had the fish sandwich. The winner was the nacho fries.. The fish sandwich wasn’t too bad. The service was really good as well. Even though this was a bar and grill we had our young nieces with us and they enjoyed it as well. I do recommend and if I was in the area I would be back.

The food speaks for itself. The Philly cheesesteak delivers bold beef flavor. The Juicy Lucy is a standout—something I haven’t seen elsewhere, but more burger joints should take notes. The chicken wings are some of the best around, juicy and full of flavor. Portions are generous, and everything is made from scratch.
Breakfast is a much-needed addition to the neighborhood. A lot of spots miss the mark, but not here. If you’re looking for quality food with real hospitality, this is the place.

First time trying this place and it had a cool atmosphere. The food was good but didn’t blow me away. The Brooklyn with meatball is a large sandwich and the Nashville is plenty to fill you up. Note that these sandwiches don’t come with fries and you need to order that separately. Might try this place again in the future.

The owner was very nice came out and said hello. We are both from the East Coast and he originally had a hard time finding some East Coast food so he nailed it with the Philly cheese the Hoboken and the other sandwiches. I’m totally impressed. Even the cheesecake is like from the East Coast so good food here come on back thank you Billy. It is dog friendly. They even had a hamburger and chicken on the Dog menu. It was fantastic. Great job guys. There is an outdoor patio for your dog as well.

I really like the 1/2 pound burger. It was nicely cooked and was very big, flavorful and delicious. Glad I ordered with the side salad instead of the fries and salad was huge!salad had variety and delicious as well.

The food is amazing! I have tried almost every sandwich and burger and everything is very tasty. The pastrami aka Manhattan is my favorite. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Niki and Daisy always put a smile on my face. I come eat at Hero’s once or twice a week for several months now.

Big servings. The omelette was huge. One of the two fried chicken pieces was tough but the other one was good. Nice gravy and hollandaise sauce got on the side too. The fish sando which the guy behind me got looked amazing, he was raving all about it out loud making a video and I’d come back just to try it really looked that good. Enjoyed everything but the fried chicken n country gravy was better the day before had at the lab in Oceanside tho as well as the espresso martini…
