Pizza from Marco’s is always a hit. The service, however, was a miss tonight. The only person that was remotely helpful or friendly was the lady with 2-tone hair. She was the only one to acknowledge me when I entered the store. She communicated to me that there was still a wait for my order. I asked if I could go ahead and pay for my order while I waited and she was about to help me before another worker told her they were too backed up and that she would handle front. The second worker then proceeded to not come over to assist me with my payment or even communicate that she would take my payment once the pizza was ready. I know it can be challenging to work through a rush but a little communication goes a long way.

This is one of the best pizza places near me. The toppings on the pizza are bigger than their competition. I added a few things to the Greek Salad. I am sad to see the big sit down area was closed off but they do still have tables to sit down if you don’t want to take it home. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Need to ceck ur orders with flavored crusts -ya got me the 1st time & the 2nd time.. I know, look the pies are really good.
3rd time, went inside to do a check up – AH HA, not so fast. Got them corrected, looked like they should (CHEEZE & SPICES COVERED), good to go.
And yes, the poes were even better this time!

I ordered the cauliflower crusted pizza with extra cheese, red onions and black olives with a Parmesan crust. The first pizza delivered (photo #3)did not have extra cheese and was overly hard and extremely dry and undercooked. Called and spoke with a manager and was informed I could not receive a refund and could get a remake. I received the second pizza hacked up and cut in a way that unappetizing. I called and spoke to Katie who identified herself as the Manager and the person that sliced the pizza. Katie was rude and defensive. I was confused because Katie did spend not one dime on this mess of a meal. Katie stated that she sliced the pizza and that she was sure she sliced the pizza in 6 slices…. Where Katie, do you 6 even slices of pizza in photo 1 or 2? More like 7 purposely hacked slices. I hope you are proud of yourself Katie!!! You’ve managed to ruin my dinner and lose a customer. But, judging by our conversation, I’m sure you don’t care. Way to go Katie awesome way to represent Marcos. Oh, let me say kudos to the delivery driver he was polite and apologetic for the inconvenience. Somebody please, give him a raise! Needless to say, both pizzas made it to file 13….the trash!!!!! Never again….

Every time I order a salad from here, they always missed an ingredient(s). I can understand once, but I barely order and this happens every time. Then my salad had brown lettuce at the bottom & a lil brown juice. I asked them to remake it, the manager agreed, but employees convinced him that it was the oxidation. I stay 5 mins away, how much oxidation should have occurred when I placed the order upon leaving my house. I get to work and bit into a sour salad! Ingredients on salad and pizza were not fresh. What happened to this place?! I called the mngr about the salad and he agreed to remake it for me the next day, but I thought about it, & I do not want them making me sick. They need an thorough inspection.

Which has never happened before and still didn’t resolve the issue . I usually order during the week never on a Friday.should have really went to the store..
