Disappointing. Love Ben & Jerry’s ice cream but the cones were small and so expensive- one small waffle cone cost almost $14 with tax. One of our waffle bowls was burnt. Overall not worth it.

The DF strawberry was delicious! In addition to the DF ice cream there were 3 different sorbets to choose from. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back for sure!

Excellent stop for a tasty treat while visiting Gatlinburg. Not much of a wait when we stopped in today.
Lots of flavors to choose from and portions were large and good value. Plenty of mixin’s available as well.

I’ve always enjoyed Ben & Jerry’s but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I found a hair in my ice cream which was quite off-putting. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I sincerely hope the staff will consider implementing hairnets or other hygiene measures to prevent this from happening to other customers. Cleanliness is really important, especially in food service, and I’d love to continue enjoying Ben & Jerry’s without concerns. Hoping for improvements in the future!

Why did that woman exhibit such an unpleasant demeanor? If she doesn’t like to work there, she should resign. Customers do not deserve such a disgusting customer service for the already overpriced ice cream!!!
