Ordered 2 sandwiches online, everything was the opposite on each sandwich, when i go exchange it the girl said it was just the bread mixed up but I didn’t want it like that because thats not how we eat it. Everything was the opposite i wasn’t going to eat something I don’t like. Then i paid extra for bacon then she tells me theirs no bacon after its paid for & i asked for chipotle and they didn’t have chipotle neither. So the ordered was going to be missing stuff even if she didn’t had got everything wrong! I have heard other complaints from other people from this location as well

Just left Subway at 400 Lapalco Blvd in Gretna and, although they have beautified the store, the food is horrible. They are always out of things and what they do have looks old and rotten. Will not be returning.

I was informed by a friend that this Subway has good sandwiches. I ordered 2 Steak sandwiches(Prepare by separate people). It was like day & night. My friend observed the other young lady putting my sub in the oven, dressed (lettuce, tomatoes,pickles & jalapeños). When we got home, l saw that my sub was about 3 inches shorter then my friend’s & tasted different (baked lettuce, tomatoes & pickles). My friend’s sandwich was prefect. Moral of the story is, be very observate, at this Subway. Also, I didn’t know they work for tips.

I’m only posting because this has happened to me more than once. I did give them the benefit of doubt the first 2 times, but 3 is excessive.
Ordering online with them has been a hit and miss situation. The issue is that they claim to Not have received my order. Other issue is they don’t, even attempt to make it right, even though I presented the receipt and I was charged for the order. Their only solution was for me to call my bank and ask for refund. Will Never patronize them again. No customer service skills whatsoever. Additionally, I hope this review helps to keep you from making the same mistake.

I can truly say that they know my face whenever I walk through the door. They are really quick and professional when it comes to making my orders. However, the down side is that they hardly replenish their trays. I sometimes feel like I am not getting a sub with fresh meats or vegs. I do not mind tipping the ladies, because I know it gets busy here and the do their very best to please their customers.

This Subway is great the African-American female associate is great!!! Who was on duty 2/29/20 at 3:45 P.M. had to complete a large catering order and wait on walk in customers at the same and completed both tasks without any mistakes and with the utmost professionalism. I will defiantly be a regular customer here on a weekly basis.

The cleanliness is horrible behind the counter. The use of gloves on everything and then go prepare yor good….NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE young man scratched his head with the glove and attempted to prepare my sandwich. I told you HIM definitely needs to change gloves and change the bread …..just NASTY.

This subway has been a terrible experience everytime we try it. The employees are slow and careless when making the subs. The bread is dry, there is a ridiculous amount of sauce and when you pick it up everything slides out out of it. My husband had to eat his sandwich with a fork today….

This store has gone down hill. The service is terrible. It took 20 minutes for the girl to make 3 sandwiches. Two customers had to go around me because their girl was paying attention to the customers. It’s out of my way, but I’ve been going here for years. I guess I’ll have to find another one.
