Giving a three because the taste has kind of declined overall since private equity became involved. My food was good and fresh today and the two ladies at the register around 11AM on 1/13 were so pleasant. I wish I got their names. I tried the #2 as opposed to my usual turkey and I enjoyed it.

I love Jersey Mike’s so much but this has got to be the worst JMs I’ve ever seen. The place was dead, all the workers just hanging out at the table’s. Just awkward. I called in an order due to the online system being down. Horrible service. Horrible attitudes and most of all Horrible preparation of the subs. There was literally nothing besides bread lol. This location won’t last. I’ll go to the other locations before ever going back to this dumpster fire. They need new management or something……

I’ve tried it twice and both times have been disappointing . Today’s visit was enough! She asked what I wanted – I told her and then she continued to take the line behind me. My order was completely overlooked. How about stop going so fast and make sure the subs are being made. They certainly wanted me to pay but I had no food! Then the cashier had to put on gloves and finish making my sub. Very poorly managed – the only place with getting fast food on union cross is Culver’s. They don’t make you wait and they get the order right. I just don’t understand why all the restaurants are so bad in this area. Dave your money at $10 for one regular sub. It is definitely not worth the trouble!

We’ve ordered three times from here. It’s always an awful experience. The teenagers working are loud, rude, and act like it’s a hang-out spot instead of a job. Every time we’ve come, the teenagers feel the need to grab each other and flirt instead of work. It’s so loud and overstimulating that I can’t eat in there.
The last time we used the app to avoid having to go in there and speak to them. I asked for all toppings left off. They put them all on. When I called back, the girl said “Well, it’s habit. Deal with it.” I asked them to fix it and they refused. That’s the kind of attitude that could kill someone with food allergies. They refused to apologize and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager because he supposedly wasn’t there. When I called the next day, no manager was there again. I’ve given up on this location. They need better leadership and to hire people who want to act like adults instead of children.

Got home with my sandwich there was a Sharpe, hard piece of plastic in the sandwich (the store was closed by this time) called back in the next day the manager got on the phone and said you mean to tell me you calling the next day during my busy lunch hour to tell me these. he was very rude and didn’t care or show any concern about me finding objects in the food he was worried about a lunch rush.

First time eating here, the sandwiches weren’t bad but the atmosphere and snotty teenage girls behind the counter was a whole different story. Definitely need more training on dealing with the public & customer service.

They really need to hire more staff , only 2 workers and manager . Took me over 20 mins just to order my food . I usually go to the other one however wanted to support the one closer to my home .
