Big korean fried chicken fans and had no idea this place existed until we drove by the other week. Gave it a shot today and there’s no regrets. Tried the original golden as well as the secret sauce wings and both were amazing. The pickled radish was also a great addition. Definitely coming back to try the other flavors!

I’ve been searching for amazing fried chicken wings for years, and bb.q Chicken in Wayne is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I tried the Spicy Original and Galbi wings—both looked incredible and tasted even better. The wings were fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor. It’s a bit of a drive and a little pricey, but absolutely worth it for the quality. I’m so glad I found this place!

Now let me say this, I have ordered here at this location MANY times, I just never haven’t left any reviews until now, this is my go to Korean fried chicken spot! Everything they make is just so good. I feel like I order something from here at least once every weekend lol and I’m about to order something right now. My best wings to get are 1) honey garlic WINGS, 2) secret sauce WINGS, 3) Cheeseling BONELESS. Everything else I’m still exploring I have tried almost all of them but they don’t hit like these three.
Now I will say this for criticism, when I go pick up my chicken for mobile order, the guy that works there can work on being more friendly and welcoming. He just seems like a non caring employee waiting to get done his 9-5… say something when I come in like “hi can I help you?” That at least would be the first step!to learning how to greet customers. That is all from me.

This place should have been a 5 star because they have the BEST recipe. Originally knowing the north Wales and upper darby location, I was sooo excited that there is one opening near me so I didn’t have to travel (and believe me, it was worth the travel). However, this is the third time in a row that I received extremely tiny wings (the length of my thumb). They are not putting an extra or make them cheaper if the sizes are small. The taste is dryer than before (not as juicy). What’s worse is the service. I ordered once on the app but accidently put boneless rather than bone-in. I called immediately after ordering trying to correct the mistake. They picked up and directly put me on hold for 3 minutes, and told me they were not supposed to change any order made. It was literally 3 minutes after I ordered (with the 3 minutes on hold). They changed it afterwards, but was under the tone of “blaming customers”, by giving me a warning that next time I couldn’t do this. I usually order golden original without sauce, so it doesn’t affect them serving those to other customers. I don’t understand why they cannot be flexible. Attached is a picture of their wing sizes. I probably would travel to other locations to get wings in the future.

The cashier was sitting in the front of the restaurant, looking sad and uninterested. The food was amazing as always. We have ordered here before and they have improved the containers, it no longer leaks sauce. The chicken was great after being reheated and the flavor was phenomenal.

If you like fried chicken, I would highly recommend you come here! Best Korean fried chicken you can find! Fried to a perfect crispy then sauced with perfection. My go to is the soy garlic and golden original. These wings pack so much flavor. I definitely recommend utilizing the app to order the wings (you can accumulate points) or give them a call to place your order. Top notch customer service as well! If you have any questions about the menu or food. They will explain everything!

Sincerely its the best chicken that I have eaten out, my daughter who is 8 and autistic she said it was better chicken then KFC and the waffle fries where better then Chick fil A she loved it and she is definitely a picky eater and she ate it all, the wait was well worth it as they do the food in the moment nothing is reheated nor chicken that have been waiting to get pick out from hours ago every thing is freshly cooked, my daughter haven’t stop talking about how good is the chicken that she ate definitely will eat again when I am that way, 1 hour away from me but this chicken definitely is finger licking good

The chicken is fine, but for the love of god do not get the fries. They have the texture of sand, and maybe I got our server on a bad day but he put the cheese powder UNDER the fries and didn’t mix it. Just a heaping pile of sand fries on a bed of cheese dust. Honestly it’s psychopath behavior. Please remove fries from the menu so no one else makes this mistake.
