I’ve been to a few sandwich and cos and this is by far the best run. Clean, organized and good service. Others I have been to felt like they were cutting corners, this one maintains a higher standard.

Stopped in for a quick bite. I ordered 8″ choula chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese, and Italian flatbread for the kiddo with no olives, onions, or bell peppers. My sister got a pastrami sandwich with clam chowder and drink. My friend got a roast beef sandwich and Mac and cheese. Food didn’t take long to come out. Although the made the flat bread with olives and I’m like I ordered it with no olives, so they remade it. Although forgot to take a pic of it cause we were in a rush. I enjoyed my chicken sandwich, portion is pretty good, Mac and cheese is good. Overall we all enjoyed our food. It was nice and clean inside and the staff were friendly.

This place is the absolute best! I loved eating here. The sourdough bread was so fresh and delicious. The flatbread, sandwiches, and mac and cheese were all great.
Staff were super friendly and the area was well-maintained. Food came out quickly. I would definitely be a regular if I lived in the area!

Sourdough & Co: just the right amount of sour in their dough
Seriously dough…. This place is a gem!
Wifey and I ordered the mac and cheese, clam chowder bread bowl, and a 6″ pastrami reuben to share (~$35).
The mac and cheese was surprisingly so delicious- velvety, creamy, and perfectly seasoned.
The clam chowder was piping hot and they even toasted the bread cutout! Very delicious, thick, and creamy. On par with Boudin’s clam chowder.
The sandwich was pretty petite, but was packed with meat. Their sourkraut is on the sour-er and tangier side, so be careful if you’re not hot about these pickled goods! The meats were not too salty but very smoky in flavor.
Now, onto the bread. It has a perfect toasted crispiness and a buttery soft inside. It’s unlike the sourdough from SF. It isn’t so sour that it leaves a weird taste, but it isn’t so mild that you forget what type of bread you’re eating. It is also not dense so that you don’t injure yourself trying to rip it apart
Overall, this place is a wonderful addition to the Westlake Mall. Will definitely return!

Got smoked brisket, which tasted a little sour, but it was tasty. The coleslaw had some kick to it, with whatever sauce is there. Bread was crunchy, but not hard, and was good! Friendly cashier, lots of seating in the restaurant, and tall chair and tables, near the window. Only one restroom though

Great food and great customer service! I ordered 25 sandwiches and cookies for an event. Jaz, the manager was fantastic to work with. Super responsive and just a pleasant person to engage with. The sandwiches were a hit. Bread was delicious and the meat and veggies were fresh. Everyone asked where exactly Sourdough & Co was and hopefully they gained some new customers. We will definitely be back again.

The sourdough bread is the star here — fresh, crunchy with just enough sourness. I had the clam chowder in a bread bowl which was delicious. It had ample chunks of clam and was reasonably priced.
I grabbed a sourdough baguette on my way out (which you have to bake.) It came out just as delicious and I enjoyed it with cheese.
I highly recommend checking out this dining establishment!
