had an excellent experience at Fosters Freeze, and I truly believe this location deserves a full 5 stars. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and great customer service. They were patient, friendly, and made sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted. It’s rare these days to find a place where employees genuinely care about the customers, but this Fosters Freeze really stands out.
The restaurant was clean, organized, and well-maintained, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. My food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy, and the ice cream was the perfect finishing touch — creamy, smooth, and delicious. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.
What I loved most is how consistent they are with their quality and service. Every time I visit, I get the same great experience. This place is perfect for families, quick meals, or just stopping by for a sweet treat. I highly recommend this Fosters Freeze to anyone looking for good food, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back again!

Worst customer service ever. If i could give zero stars I would. Its after 10 and they’re barely turning the open sign on after 10 and still have the audacity to get annoyed that your going inside to order. I greeted the lady that was inside and she did not respond and looked at me and my daughter annoyed. Before that she yelled at us through the window to read the sign and slammed the window in my face shut. I left immediately, because no restaurant should ever make you feel unwelcome. Do you want buisness or not? This lady must not value her job or care if Fosters survives another year, because if she did she would be giving great customer service and bring more people in not OUT. Something needs to be done about this lady she cannot be working in customer service she needs to work in a prison because she looks miserable. She looks old enough to retire. I called to make a formal complaint and her response is she treats everyone with the same nasty attitude and started yelling at me from the beginning which led to me raising my voice back at her. She said she did not care if management knew how she treated customers and I can gladly call back to complain about her if I want to. Just making this public for all of Dinuba and surrounding areas to keep away from this place they dont value there customers and don’t deserve your service unless they let this person go and hire new happy employees that are ready on time with good attitudes. I’m hoping to get a response back from the owner and if I don’t than the owner is just as bad as the employees.

Worst customer service ever! This lady was giving me and my mom a bad attitude and she yelled at us to pull the door instead of pushing it! Could have told us in a nicer way but no she told us basically yelling at us as if it was our fault she had a bad attitude!! She didn’t even greet us when we greeted her! My mom wanted to make a complaint to the manager but the lady answered the phone and started yelling at my mom. Never going back if that lady with purple lipstick and a messy bun is there!

Well, the burgers tasted good. But I feel it’s way overpriced for sure. We spent $36. 2 burger meals. With 1 med fry. 1 lg fry. I med drink. 1 lg drink. And an order of cheese sticks. Ouch! The fry’s were nasty (pic attached) they look over cooked but soft like they weren’t cooked enough. And what’s all over them? It’s definitely not salt! Also we weren’t told that the meals come with small drink and fries. So she asked if we wanted medium or large. Didn’t tell us they come small so he chose large items and I chose mediums. To find out that each fry and drink is more than $1 each item to even just have medium. And close to $2 each item for large. You guys either need to TELL your customers this. Or put up somewhere. That’s not cool. For frozen food this was way expensive. Will not be returning here for sure. Gross!!

Recent trip to place roses on graves. Visited as this has been a go-to since my childhood. Same sloppy burgers and fries as lunch w/ Dad 40 years ago. Enjoyed our meal, our shakes and the parking spot I used to own before parking/cruising was prohibited by SH Pols.
Thank You for staying open through trying times and reminding us of an era long gone (Rocky’s, A&W, Fiesta, Delgado’s, Maja Theater, State Theater, etc.).

Prices have really increased, we ordered 2 meals and a soft serve cone and total was $54! Food was okay, hamburgers were a bit soggy. Fries portion was a good amount.
