Firstly, I have always been spoiled by receiving outstanding, above-and-beyond type customer service from every Chik-fil-a I have been to .. that is, until today. Today, I drive up to the drive thru (whose line was long per usual but I never minded because of always receiving said amazing customer service) and was not greeted verbally by the order taker but was greeted with an I-don’t-want-to-be-here attitude. The employee never looks at me, takes my order (which I find out later he took down wrong because he never bothered to read back to me – large 1/2 & 1/2 sweet/unsweet tea and a large fry, that’s it) and just walks off after I pay as if he could not have been more bothered by me. I was irritated but finally decided to leave this review after finding out my order was wrong. Never thought I’d see the day when the always reliable customer service at Chik-fil-a was no longer actually reliable.

Slowest drive-thru ever for a CFA!!! The staff taking the orders do not know how to move the line along. Went there 4 times to ensure it wasn’t a one-off experience. Sadly, it wasn’t. Even spoke to the manager-on-duty on my 2nd visit because he was standing outside the drive-up window. He looked all of 17 and seemed more interested in the young lady working with him than my concerns with the drive-thru staff inefficiencies. Then, my friend who lives in the area said the same thing about this location being slow without my telling her of my experiences there! It’s kind of bananas for a Chick-fil-A!! You come to expect better there. I quit going to this location after the 4th similar experience! And I love CFA!

The new Chick fil A is wonderful. It’s really big, from one end to the other. We dined in. The 2 lines were backed up almost to the entrance. I guess they should have made 3. It was clean and people nice.

I come to this establishment several times per month to pick up mobile orders. The procedure is to go to the mobile order line near the lemonade fountains. Once you are here a member of the team will help you…. Or is supposed to help you. Over the past two months I have been in to pick up mobile orders at least 50 times. No team member comes to help you. They all look at you and then never ask how they can help, or even acknowledge you. Many of them will walk right past you and ignore you! You have to get loud and demand their attention which is unacceptable! Then they want to be upset and offended you had to nearly shout excuse me at one of them. Last night was my breaking point with this problem. Heavenly walked past me 4 times without ever asking how she could help me. When I finally stopped her and said excuse me twice she came over. Found my order and wanted me to confirm the pick up. However the order had a drink so I told her and she was like I need you to confirm it. So I told her I would confirm the pick up once she handed me the drink. The bag even had a straw attached to it to indicate it had a drink. She seemed irritated but fixed the drink then I happily confirmed the order.

The staff ignoring mobile orders is the biggest complaint. It’s rude to not just DoorDash people but also chick fil a app users! I have even watched employees ignore mobile orders to go and talk with someone else standing in the line waiting for food for over 10 minutes. My longest wait here was 36 minutes for an order. None of the other chick fil a locations in town have this problem.

2nd time I’ve been here, and now the last. Ordered 2 large fries. They gave me 2 half-full containers. Then it was a few “waffle” fries and bunch of crispy fry nuggets (see attached pictures). I’ll just continue going to the location on LA Ave. This is ridiculous.

Went to this Chick Fil A location for the first time. Went inside to order and eat. Service was fast and the food was good. One of the employees must have been having a bad day though. I went up to the condiment station to get ketchup packets..the guy in charge of restocking the condiments got annoyed with me for getting ketchup. He huffed & puffed and rolled his eyes at me while he hurried to get more packets to replace what I took. And said “I hate this job.” Hope your day gets better bud

No surprise here – FAST and friendly service. Their drive thru never fails to flow so smoothly. Food was all fresh and we were all satisfied.
Also: Their market salad is to dieeeeeee for. So, so good. Plus, partnered with their lemonade? Simply refreshing and perfectttt for summer.
