Ordered take out from website and was given a nearly raw pizza. Luckily, I didn’t get really sick. The door dash delivery driver (Kevin) was really professional .

Norton Pizza Hut was running a special, $2.00 personal pan pizza’s, so we ordered 4 of them. They were absolutely horrible! 80% of the pizza had no sauce or cheese, and the edges were burnt. They had no crunch to the crust at all and the taste was just awful! If they are going to run a special it should be the same quality as any other day. We will never order from this location again. Extremely disappointing and just awful taste and quality!

I ordered the LG stuffed crust and 2 orders of wings special. I’ve ordered this quite a few times and it was always good. This last time was the worst food I had ever had. The pizza and wings were like they were at least a day old, and just reheated! Pizza crust was so tough it wasn’t even cut thru, no flavor, and same with the chicken! And for $30 it was just awful!!

She helped us with our or due to our professions we were unable to pick up our order. She offered to get it delivered to our home! Above and beyond service! Pizza was to be delivered within 25 minutes. It’s been over and hour no pizza and the Norton store answered 30 minutes ago and said the driver was on his way which was a lie. Now no one answering at the store. Terrible service

Got that New York pizza. It is nothing like on tv. They show taking a piece and the cheese stretching not on the one I got. Covered with pepperoni on tv mine had hardly any on it. They say double the pepperoni they should say two different pepperoni. Some body should sue these chemicals because you don’t get nothing like on tv

Honestly I left a bad review due to terrible customer service at first however, they fixed the order and offered me a free dinner box the second time around. They were very apologetic and honestly think it was just a mistake. I personally like their pizza and this was the first time I had a mistake, I’m glad they fixed it so my review is good!

I’m a loyal customer but won’t go there anymore. They fumbled my online order several times when I was picking it up then was subjected to an older women chastising me when clarifying my order with “Alright Alright Alright”. Why pay premium price and provide a tip then go pick it up myself to be treated like that? Great food but rude service ruined for me…lots of other nearby choices.
