Went to Cooper’s Hawk for brunch with some friends and we had such a fantastic time. The place is absolutely beautiful — super classy but still really comfortable and welcoming. It just has that vibe where you can sit, relax, laugh, and actually enjoy being there.
Everything felt fresh and well done, and the atmosphere honestly made the whole experience. Perfect spot for a girls’ brunch or just catching up over good food.

All of my party had lunch as well, all food was great! Five stars to all of you ✨️ and air hugs as well ! Ted
Travis was our server, first class, knows his stuff, extremely friendly and very attending. Everything we ordered was delicious. JOHNNY WAGERS Manager came cover to check on us as well. Can’t wait to go back. Of course we will be asking for Travis again! A must to visit, try their wines and food also.back went for happy hour, Gigi was our servershes fantastic. happy hour rood was great, on Jan 16, 2026, had the Pork Chop, this time not good, had a bad taste. Returned it, got a French dip, giv or take, just so so. Service was great, atmosphere is terrific happy was great with gigi and food was good.

From the moment we were seated, our waiter Chad set the tone for the evening. Warm, genuinely friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendation of wines to try as part of our wine flights was spot-on. Each pour offered a thoughtful progression of flavor, and together they served as the perfect introduction to our meal. I highly recommend the Malbec or Romance Red.
For starters, I went with the Brussels sprouts, which at most restaurants, often falls flat; however, here they arrived beautifully caramelized, with s combo of crispy edges and super tender bites. It was cooked just right!
My entrée, the pistachio crusted grouper, was the highlight of the night. The crust added a delicate crunch without overpowering the fish, which was perfectly cooked. My grouper was paired with creamy mashed potatoes and crisp asparagus which was quite delicious.
My husband had the prime churrasco grilled steak, which he said lived up to its promise. It was savory and well seasoned but most importantly it was very tender.
Overall, Cooper’s Hawk in Wellington delivers an experience that feels polished and inviting. The food was delish, the wine offerings elevated the meal, and our waiter Chad delivered exceptional service.
This new location already feels like a welcome addition to the local dining scene in Wellington and one I look forward to coming back soon.

We went for lunch during a soccer tournament in the city, no reservation, 12 noon. We seated fast. The service and the atsmosphere was great. The food was ok. The pretzel break was great. We had a burger, it was salty. Also the short rib risoto and it was good. The ñoquis were good and the milanesa was good too. The rock star mimosa was ok.

The Red Wine Braised Short Rib was “melt-in-your-mouth” super good, rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The Shrimp & Sea Scallop Risotto was super creamy with the right balance of seafood flavor. And the Prime Churrasco Grilled Steak was perfectly cooked and so tasty. Everything paired beautifully with their wines, and the service made the experience even better. Definitely one of my new favorite spots!

I know they just opened. But when at 4:30 you are out of your dinner special, you signature dish, and even shrip and lobster bisque. I ended up with an over done burger. However on the good side the crispy Brussels Sprouts were some of the tastiest I have ever had. They did finally find me a bowl of the bisque and it was very good. The other people’s meals, the chicken risotto, and the jambalaya were also very good. Might give them another shot, except there are so many other great restaurants. Parking can be a challenge. Also the wine the romance red was also excellent.

Phenomenal place, great service, my waitress Taylor was amazing super helpful! The place is beautiful loved everything except the lighting is a bit dim making it difficult to read the menu other than that no complaints can’t wait to go back again!
