They have my order to DoorDash to be delivered which was fine. He was quick and very nice even though he didn’t speak English. I ordered two personal pans with wings. The wings were not cooked all the way through and my pizza was missing its sauce on the actual pizza (wanted barbecue instead of marinara. Disappointed with the quality of the food especially because it got here extremely quickly after being prepared.

I ordered with Uber and saw that there was a better deal provided so I tried canceling through the Uber app and when that was getting me nowhere I called the restaurant to understand the process. I still wanted food just not that particular order. As it stands I paid 92.13 for a bundle box. I understand that food cost is a thing and if I had totally cancelled the order the driver would also need to be compensated but to be charged that much for changing my mind is beyond ridiculous.

But I want to give a compliment to the team for my order today.
10-8, 3pm (see image) I ordered extra/double pepperoni and banana peppers on garlic parm sauce, regular cheese. (Pretty much the same thing I always order.)
This is the best pizza I’ve gotten in the year I’ve been ordering from here. The topping proportions and distribution was spot on and bubbles minimal! Keep making pizzas like this!!!

Took 4 calls and almost 2 hours with promises that food was on the way to find out they had no driver and were waiting on a doordash driver to come pickup and deliver food. When I finally got the store, the lady was rude. Shame of it is, we are 1 mile away, if they had simply let us know we could have come got it, but to lie over and over, no excuse. Oh and they are abusing the online site, they marked it as delivered so corporate doesn’t know how bad it is. If you shop is setup to deliver, with no sit down then deliver, if you can’t, let the client know.

I ordered a pizza & wing box from here this evening. I upgraded the bread sticks to make them cheese sticks. They were horrible. The pizza was doughy & barely any cheese, definitely not melted. I paid $43 for it to go right in the trash.

This pizza hut sucks. Delivery takes forever. Carryout takes forever. I ordered a marinara sauce and they gave us garlic instead. The people who work here want to publicly argue with customers about not helping who comes in first. Absolutely ridiculous how stupid the people they have working here and zero customer service respect. Worst pizza hut ever.
