It’s the first time I’ve bought something and it’s a tremendous disappointment. The service from the guy who serves me is horrible. If he doesn’t like serving people, he should go work in a factory or whatever, but he’s not doing me any favors. It’s his job and he has a terrible, rude attitude.

This place has really good food but it is totally hit or miss and I get it normally one person but lately it’s been more if a miss. Today I grabbed the Carlos’s gor lunch and had to wait almost my whole lunch for them but when I did start eating them, the fries where burned , hard and old…horrible… ended up throwing them away. It will be a while before I go back again.

I’ve stopped by a couple of times on my way out of the mall and the fries are amazing! It takes a bit longer than an average mall food for them to be made but they taste great. My family and I have tried the cheesy fries, chili fries, pork fries, and pizza fries; and they were all really good. I’ll admit that the pizza fries were a bit lacking in the same pizzaz as the others, but that won’t stop us from coming back for more fries in other flavors.
I’d definitely come back to try more of their menu, the fries are super tasty and the cone makes walking with them very convenient.

Delicious! French fries perfectly covered in toppings. My daughter and I opted for the box of cheeseburger fries and it was definitely enough for two people! You ring the bell for service, order your fries, spend 10 minutes getting a better drink from another place, and then your fries are ready. They have a cone or a box, but I think the box would make it easier to eat. Definitely worth a stop when you’re at the mall.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received on July 29th. The young man working that day displayed unprofessional and dismissive behavior that made for a very unpleasant experience.
When we arrived, we rang the service bell and were ignored repeatedly as the staff member walked past us multiple times without acknowledging us. After ringing again, he eventually returned and responded with, “I heard it the first time,” in a noticeably rude tone. I mentioned that a simple acknowledgment would have sufficed, but he insisted he was too busy to even do that, speaking in a sarcastic and condescending manner.
When I asked about the price of the budalk fries (which weren’t listed on the menu), he made me feel as though the question was stupid. After I finally placed the order, he told me—only then—that the item wasn’t even available.
At checkout, he abruptly pulled the payment screen away before I could select an option to receive a receipt. To top it all off, once the order was ready, he left our food on the counter without notifying us through the beeper system—clearly out of spite.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable and gives the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority. I hope this issue is addressed properly, as experiences like this discourage future visits and damage your business’s reputation.

The food is great, my husband got the buffalo fries, I got the Philly ones and my sister got the hot Cheetos ones and they were all so delicious. I’ve come several other times after to get my loaded fries fix but it seems they’re never there and always have the “be back in 10 minutes” sign. I’ll wait to see if they’ll be back but they never do super unfortunate I guess they don’t want business
