The food is normally amazing, I would say this is my go to pizza hut, but today when I got home i noticed my large pizza was extremely thin and my flat bread pizza was soggy, I did notice there were new people working there. overall i didn’t enjoy my pizza.

Came in on 11/30/2025 @3:51 and the young man who rang me up was wearing house shoe slippers. And also had a Group of his friends hanging out eating in the lobby. I felt super uncomfortable and travel a nice distance to patronize this location. But it will be my last time. There is one girl working @ the time and she is doing all the work. Sad & / bad look for this establishment.

I have never had a bad experience at this location, regarding service or food. I’ve been coming here since 2021, getting occasional pizza. My order is always prepared quickly, hot and tastes great. I’m also familiar with two managers who I see eaca time I visit, and they must run the store very well, because it’s always great service with them.

Horrible customer service. I just called and I heard a young lady yelling to someone else and without saying hello, she put me on hold. I called back and she gave the standard greeting and before I could say anything, she put me on hold again. I’m calling Dominoes. August 10, 2025

I didn’t order from here. I was actually picking up a door dash order. There was only one person working the entire store while her driver was delivering pizzas. When I tell you she was really doing a great job. And was just as nice but she didn’t take any mess . She truly deserves a raise and some help. I applaud her frfr.

Just ordered pizza here curbside. There was literally one employee who was working in the back and couldn’t see my car parked curbside so I had to go inside the facility. She saw me walk in and had me wait for about 10 minutes before even helping. I received my order and went home. When I finally looked at the food I realized it was under cooked the pizza dough was gooey. The wings I ordered was undercooked as well. I will never come back to location. A complete waste.
