I go to the Starbuck’s Dougherty Ferry location nearly every day. I do go to other locations from time to time, but the Dougherty Ferry location is my home base. The barista’s and the store manager greet me by name the moment I walk in the door. They know my drink order – even down to knowing I am a hot and cold drinker based on the time of year. They have become friends that get my day started. I spend a lot of time working there. It’s a comfortable atmosphere and I get a lot of work done! Shout out to my Starbuck’s peeps – Angel, Margaret, Casey, Chris, Jaz, Dez, Nancy, Sarah, & Paul (apologies to anyone I missed, but you know who you are)!

This is Starbucks location I use the most. Went yesterday to grab a coffee and egg bits. There were 4 ladies behind the counter. The young lady making drinks said hi when I came I. But the other 4 never acknowledged me. They I guess were talking inventory. I don’t know or care. I stood there for quite some time and not once did they say a thing one looked at me and said nothing. Finally I left without ordering. I was aggrevated and not happy to be ignored by not one but 4 servers with no help. The date was August 27th at 11:30. To me customer service is the most important thing. I am going to try to use other locations going forward even though this is closest to me and been my go to for years!!

Nothing crazy happened during my experience today but the two employees I encountered with my ordered were both very pleasant. I think 5 stars should be given when owed. Sometimes my drinks are made differently at various locations but today they were perfect and it was my first visit to this one. We waited a little longer than we expected to with only one car in front of us but weren’t in a rush and our drinks were literally better than anywhere I have visited. Thanks for putting the love into our order today!

I come here about once a week for breakfast at the drive thru to get an PSL + Egg White Wrap and every time the employees are just so kind and welcoming here. I’ve never had such wonderful customer service and I appreciate how amazing the workers here are ❤️ Plus my order is always perfect!

Waited in line outside and when I saw it was 20 cars deep, thought maybe there would not be enough time. But, deciding to wait anyways, the line moved super quick, staff is super nice, and got my delicious coffee! Highly recommend as I know they are short staffed but the location at Doughtery Ferry is really working to offer the best customer service they can! A++

Lackluster location. Anytime my wife and I order from here something goes wrong. Sometimes they only give us a half-fill cup, other times they get the order wrong, or sometimes they forget to make our order entirely until we ask. It’s rough.

There’s one employee who is always prepping foods in the morning who is incredibly nice but I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant encounter with anyone else. I understand it’s a busy job, but if the customer is being nicer to you than you are to them, there’s a problem.
