Unfortunately they’ve switched to allowing door dash to deliver your pizza. I wouldn’t have tipped that much to a driver that wasn’t going to immediately deliver my pizza to me and instead choose when they want to deliver my meal in between all the others, so it gets here cold. I’m very disappointed with the fact that you outsource jobs at the cost of good customer service, quality food, and prompt delivery.

I made an order today and after an hour of waiting i called and I asked the stattus of my pizza and he responded that the driver was doing other deliveries and he wasn’t sure when he was coming back then i called again after 10 more minutes to cancel my order and when I asked when i was going to received my money back he could not give an estimate of time he just said he didnt knew and was very rude. Horrible Experience!

Okay just spoke with Ryan the mgr, awesome customer service. Delivery driver (door dash) said they had no change for a $28 order, i had a $50 said id give him a tip but not $22, he insisted no change stating were not required to give you change. Didn’t sit well w me so i apologized and said take it back, then called the mgr Mr Ryan who was above and beyond nice offering to remake the order and send it back out.
So yes Awesome customer service, the world needs more people like you Sir. We order from this store often and have Always had good food. Thank you

Very Low Quality ingrediencies (or at least not well kept) compared to other Hungry Howie’s. I had a slice an threw out the rest. plus made me sick…
More so they use a call center that is clearly out of country and they took all my info and the next day my phones been flooded with Robo calls. considering they also took all my card info is very upsetting and concerning. risking card fraud over a 15 $ pizza is not worth it.

It was my first time going here. It’s small, but i was only picking up a pizza so it didn’t need to be huge. The worker was polite. I asked for the pizza to be well done (cooked longer) and it wasn’t, but it was still tasty. Also very clean inside.

I missed Hungry Howie’s since moving out of Florida. I ordered through the app. There was a deal they sent me through email. I used it, and I went to pick up my order and seen that they added a ranch dressing to my order to charge me more. So, I really didn’t get the deal. I won’t be returning because not only did they over charge me but I had sausage on my pizza when I didn’t ask for it…I asked for bacon. For me I want what I ordered and paid for!
