Ordered through Uber eats and satisfied with delivery and ease! Though, the food was very unsatisfactory! The amount of any meat was extremely low…where it didn’t even cover the bread at all! To compensate it was overloaded with lettuce to the point of not tasting anything but that!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have been a regular customer of this location for a very long time. I ordered for pickup or delivery on average 2-3 times a week. Yesterday I ordered for pickup and this was in my food. I will not be returning or ordering here ever again.

I was there today looked at the menu a guy asked me what I wanted and I told him and he continued to make sandwiches and pretend I wasn’t even there. After a few minutes a lady came and asked me what I wanted and placed my order. Could the guy just say someone will be with you in a few minutes? Terrible customer service. Probably never go back.

Ordered subs last weekend. The sent me a sub with no meat or cheese in it and they missed an up-charge item on my wife’s sub as well. Unbelievable that this kind of thing would happen, but here we are. Ordered a few weeks ago and the delivery time was 2 hours. We could’ve walked there, ate, and walked home and it would’ve been faster. I don’t know what’s going on at this store, but they need to step it up.

Absolutely unacceptable delivery times. Ordered via the app at 1:06pm, order said out for delivery at 1:23pm and now 1:51 still without delivery. For note I live less than two miles from the store. The store if unable to fulfill delivery orders should be pickup or in store only. Will not be ordering from here again.

If you order wheat bread just understand that it will come with bread from a loaf… not actual sub bread. For a 20 something dollar sub delivered, was highly disappointed finding out it was a sandwich I could’ve made at home. Wheat bread at JJs means from a loaf not a sub, I guess.

I ordered off doordash and their systems don’t match up. And whoever answered the phone the 3 times I called has been so kind and explained to me what’s going on with my order. While I’ve had to wait over an hour for my food (not really their fault) it has been such a pleasant experience. He assured me my food would be made nice and fresh before delivery. And the driver was very kind as well. (My street name changed recently and that can be so confusing). Food was absolutely delicious
