Decent store for getting quick coffee and donuts. Don’t have much breakfast options.
Not much space to sit inside the store.
Managed by Indians who are very professional and courteous.

I ordered a Peach Dunkin’ Energy with very little ice. It arrived flat and drowning in ice Not the first time mind you but you grow to notice details tend to get lost at this Dunkin. It’s not anger-inducing, just quietly disappointing. You hope for better, you don’t get it, and you move on knowing exactly what to expect next time.

Used to be my go to location but lately the coffee just has been tasting like watered down coffee and some sugar. My iced drinks always turn out super dark regardless of me having milk in them… not worth the up charge of a medium iced coffee being $4 now. Also showed up around 4 am the other day before work and yet no employees were there regardless of drive thru being open (the app also let me place an order). I got refunded thanks to corporate but still very annoying. I’d rather drive an extra mile to literally anywhere else

Zero sense of urgency. I placed a mobile order via the app at 11:06am. I arrived at the store to pick up the order at 11:12. The order did not get made until 11:19. I am late for work at this point, but I was not about to leave because I had already paid for the order. I’ll continue to shop here, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Terrible customer service. If I could give a zero, I would. I was standing at the counter for 5 min to place an order. Finally went to the pick up side to ask somebody if I can order. 3 employees just looked at me like a had 3 heads and kept on walking. Did not even acknowledge me. I realize they were busy with the drive thru orders but at least acknowledge the customer. And assign somebody to do inside orders. So I just walked out.

Horrible. The staff need to be retrained on how to make coffee. Every experience I had here has been horrible. Coffee tastes like sugar and water.

They made a mistake on my receipt, my order was perfect, and when I went back they corrected it right away! No arguments from the staff. They are always friendly!
