I’ve tried this Starbucks many times always giving them benefit of the doubt thinking “maybe they are just having a rough day” but it’s seems all their days are rough unfortunately. Service is rude and unwelcoming. My drinks never come out remotely correct. The only time I ever complained and asked for a different drink they poured the exact drink I had already given them back into a different cup and put some whipped cream on it lol.

Rude workers, seems like they don’t want to be here. SLOW service no matter what. They weren’t even busy. Come here and expect to wait 15+ minutes. The app said it would be ready at 12:40 didn’t get my drink until 1. I asked to check up on my drink and the lady rudely responded “UH YEAH we’re working on it” even though it was already 10 minutes late… not the best service drink was fine though

Starbucks is the same where ever you go. Just like everywhere else, the prices are going up. It’s amazing to pay approximately $6 per drink, and that’s not even food. Honestly, there’s a local coffee shop that has better flavor, and I’m always in favor of small local businesses… however, Starbucks is everywhere, which makes them a convenient choice…

I don’t know what happened at this location. They were always on it. Very efficient. BUT IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS it has gone WAAAYYYY DOWN HILL. It takes 15 mins to get a coffee AFTER YOU DO A MOBILE ORDER. The new employees apparently need training VERY BADLY

I always have a good experience here. The baristas are all great and work hard. For being a smaller Starbucks there is always a lot of customers. I love that they will make me something when I say surprise me.
