If I could give 0 stars I would. I see why their google review rate is at a 3.1 after being open and it’s a new location. Called about my order being cold for two days, finally got ahold of the General Manager Joe “if that’s his name” and Joe stated that without the receipt, he can’t replace the order. I still have ALL OF THE FOOD AND THEIR ORDER STICKER ON THE FRONT OF THE BAG showing all of the items, Order number, Restaurant number, etc. Still told me they couldn’t replace my order. I didn’t even ask for no money back and missed an item in my bag. I swear these folks acted as if they’re not speaking to a supervisor of their competitor or, a General Manager of another business. Word of mouth is every thing and this location is HORRID, GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. Upper management should be embarrassed to facilitate a business with such gross, distasteful as well as poor customer service. Joe “Restaurant General Manager stated the reason for it is due to someone coming with food and no receipt or the amount was $60 dollars worth of food. She didn’t have this sticker below on it though. Again, poor customer service followed bye below average of rectifying issues for customers that are actually being screwed by his staff when he is not there.

Got the Cantina Crispy Chicken and it was a completely gross, greasy, room temp mess with congealed cheese all over the place except in the actual taco, and they didn’t even give us the green sauce it’s supposed to come with. They also mixed up one of the Tacos, we ordered the chicken soft taco, but got some beef and veggie thing. All of it was completely unappetizing, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

Waited over 15 minutes for a mobile order and they hadn’t even started making it yet. Multiple other people were waiting in the lobby for their order as well and said that they had been there foreve. Ended up just walking out. But while I was there, there was a 17-year-old worker who was not in uniform, but kept going behind the counter and smoking a weed pen. Had his little friends in the lobby, just being loud and belligerent. Nobody even said anything to me after being in the store for over 10 minutes. Trashiest Taco Bell in Lansing by far.

We got DoorDash from here, and I ordered a Mexican Pizza. I knew when I bit into it something tasted off, after I ate it and started to feel sick I realized it was that the oil they fried it in absolutely tasted rancid. I’ve been sick all night throwing up and living on my toilet. The only thing in my stomach was this Mexican Pizza. Absolutely foul.

The new taco bell @ 3215 s. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Lansing Michigan 48910 (First time there & Last) was the worst fast food restaurant and Service! Not only did I have to wait over 10 minutes at the window for two burrito’s where the cashier (Katelynn) took my money. But, the food is a mess/Terrible. (Katelynn) Was understanding and professional!! I asked for a burrito supreme which was only (meat and sauce) as well as a steak grilled cheese burrito which was only (little meat, a lot of rice and cheese sauce) I paid $ 12.91 for Garage. I did take pictures of the god awful food that I threw away, because it was not what I asked for! I’ll never go back to that fast food restaurant..

Sit in DT for 10 minutes. Food is cold and nasty, asked for soft shell 2 times. Got “hard shell”. Pick it up and the bottom falls right out. This isn’t 5 star nothing.

Can’t beat this Taco Bell give extra sauce and very kind gave me my food before I even got to pay lmao, great service I’ve been to many other Taco Bell’s around the area and this one definitely beats all the ones I’ve been to. experience was so good that I actually wrote a review lmao.
