This Dunkin’ doesn’t allow customers to use the bathroom. I stopped for a quick coffee, but no restroom was available. Other reviews say it’s been out of order for years. Such a shame for a nice location—Dunkin’ management really needs to address this.”

I have to say these folks are Detrunkin De Donuts!!!
The young man that was aoparently new to the store was 100 oercent in the flow, like his beautiful hair and smile.
The owners of this store showed compassion, presence, and true personality.
When you meet a group that shines as bright as a star you know “They got that from the top down” as associatess
When tou have associates it means that they are close to you in personality and character.
Different than an employee.
You are “Associated” with like minded individuals.
Thank you to the owners and the hard working associates.

This store is constantly doing whatever they want. You put in an order through the app, if they don’t have something they replace it with whatever THEY feel will work. You order protein milk (which is lactose free) they give you regular milk causing an allergic reaction, they dont even tell you until you until AFTER the allergic reaction….. Cause they didn’t ask. You order specific donuts, they replace with what they feel the replacement should be. Or any food they dont have in stock. Then they argue with you because you state “you should wait and ask the customer what an appropriate alternative should be.” This is a regular every week thing and the worst part is they are the ONLY one in HP.

If I could give yall 0 stars I would. Service -1000/ 5 stars. Rude female staff.. don’t speak properly or listen at the drive through ..have u waiting there to take your order for 30 mins with no one else in line.. not sure if it’s a language barrier but that’s nobody’s problem tbh… why would you work a job you cannot fulfill ? Food terrible today . Never have what you ask for , food was undercooked and WRONG! Mind u im pregnant. That’s literally a health hazard. Staff needs to be replaced or store needs to be shut down . Gave me coffee with ice literally nothing else….no flavors sugar or cream nothing and I asked for an iced Carmel cappuccino. Do better fr.

Didn’t get what I ordered, even after repeating the order at least three times and made sure it matched on screen. 3 of my dozen we’re not what I asked for, coffee was missing pumpkin syrup, and croissant was missing most of the top of it, melted cheese all over wrapper. Will be going to Tim’s for now

Went to the Dunkin in Highland Park and there were zero donuts for sale and the ones that were there were very old. The man behind the counter told us they were from 7:30 AM and that they do not make donuts after this time. Very disappointed.

I go here every morning before work today I go it’s a whole new staff and my coffee was made wrong then it look like this then price went up a few months ago med coffee 3.17 I go today it’s 3.28 I’m like how often do you up the prices on coffee per year they need a steady staff and train them well on how to make coffee or at leave follow the directions as we place the order

They did not allow my children to use the restroom, claiming there was no key. They should’ve had a sign saying no public restrooms. The croissant was slightly burned but had a chemical taste on from the surface its warmed on.

I’m beyond frustrated with this location. The staff is typically friendly, but the friendlyness doesn’t change that orders are often incorrect or missing items. The frequency of issues makes me not want to order from here but because it’s the only thing remotely near I’m stuck with sub par service.
