Ciao Pizza in Washington, NJ is easily one of the best pizza spots in the area. The food is always fresh, the pizza is perfectly cooked, and everything we ordered was full of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was fast even when they were busy.
If you’re looking for great pizza, authentic Italian food, and excellent service in Washington, NJ, Ciao Pizza is definitely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve eaten here many times and I have had different entrees, including their amazing pizza. No complaints here… the food is amazing and everyone is friendly! The owner is a good guy and is always looking to put a smile on his customers face with his good food!!! If you haven’t been here I’d say you have to try it at least once, the food will speak for itself!

Visited with my partner for lunch. We both ended up ordering the same thing, the Big Country burger, medium. Both ended up being well done, not medium, but besides that, the meal was fantastic – the burger was great and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. It was a little pricey ($17 each pre-tax for just the burger+fries) but did not disappoint. Very friendly staff too. The price rules out frequent visits from me, but if I’m in the mood for a great burger, I know where to go.

We ordered pizza for delivery and understood that bad weather might cause delays. However, when the driver arrived my younger sister answered the door and the interaction was completely inappropriate.
The driver started being extremely hostile and then proceeded to aggressively grabbed the extra tip on top of the already given tip via online order from my sister’s hand. Saying how she almost crashed her car because of the weather and that we shouldn’t have ordered pizza. Speaking to a child this way, who has nothing to do with ordering the pizza and blaming customers for ordering delivery is completely unacceptable, and unprofessional no matter the circumstances.
If deliveries weren’t being accepted at this time, then the pizzeria should’ve contacted me and we would have happily canceled the order. Though to speak to a child like the way she did completely unacceptable. No employer should have an employee like that in customer service. I hope the employer reconsiders having this staff member part of their team as it would be embarrassment if they worked under my behalf.

delivery driver yelled at my daughter complaining for what she understood was a low tip, what she didn’t know was I tip her thru Grubhub and then, I gave her extra cash once she arrived. Without any reason started yelling at my daughter and insulting.

decided to give this place a try since it’s so close, ordered 2 burgers and a meatball sub for take out. ordered was just coming off the grill as I walked in the door. the place smelled good, the pizza looked good and will try it soon. the burgers were absolutely delicious, and the sub was pronounced “best ever meatball sub” by the teen. one tiny quibble: we ordered our burgers medium rare and we both thought they were closer to medium. next time, we’ll order them rare, no big whoop. thank you all for the excellent dinner and very good service… we’ll definitely be back!

We all know that they know there is an issue with flys on the pizzas that are laid out on display. Why can’t they just therefore make the effort to cover the pies with a clear cover so people can still see the pie but without the flies on them! Aside from that the slices we got today were tasteless. We are not giving them anymore chances, wasted too much money trying to see if things will improve. FIX the fly problem and the food is my best suggestion ♀️
