If you haven’t eaten at Ado’s you need to fix that! Everything is delicious! The goat cheese and beet salad was fresh and amazing! Then we had pad Thai which was perfection. Our other friend had basil chicken and he cleaned his plate. Then we had tres leches cake and licked the plate clean! Ado is so kind and his food is amazing! Such a gem!

Ado’s has transitioned from a good eclectic restaurant into a college pub with pool tables. Food options are mostly sandwiches with some pasta dishes. We did not try the appetizers or the salads. My smoked turkey panini was tasty though the smoked Turkey was delicious meat. Small bar with a few high tops but no tables. A good place to hang out with a young vibe, to play pool or grab a quick bite. Breakfast is no longer served. Ado’s changed due to the challenges of restaurant economics and I get it. I will however miss its former incarnation

We had great food and good service at Ado’s for brunch. This place should be added to any list of must try in Boulder.
The Bloody Mary’s were delicious. Our group universally loved their meals; plantain breakfast, steak and eggs burrito, pad Thai, avocado toast, egg plant Florentine, and papusas. The avocado toast, burrito, and egg plant were the standouts for our group.
There was no problem with the service, just a little slow, which I’m guessing was a result of us being one of the first tables of the morning.

The girl and I stopped in late Sunday morning for breakfast. The restaurant was clean and has a nice ambience, with tables and booths in one room and a full bar in the other. Our server greeted left an immediate positive impression and continued to provide great service throughout our meal. She ordered some sort of Benedict Salmon Florentine dish that had polenta cakes instead of English muffins and man, the dish was great. She was nice enough to let me have two bites. Lol! I ordered the chicken fried chicken and scrambled eggs, which also comes with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. It sounded a little weird for a breakfast menu, but I figured they put it on there for a reason and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious. I’m not kidding when I say that those mashed potatoes are possibly the best I’ve ever had and for breakfast! The eggs were perfectly cooked and the chicken fried chicken cutlet was crispy and light and seasoned so well. Seriously, this was unexpectedly one of the best meals we’ve had in Boulder, including most of the “fancier” places. We are going back this weekend!

Stopped in for drinks and brunch. Cool vibe with good priced drinks and food. I had your basic pancakes eggs and toast and was exactly what I expected. Perfect and filling.
My wife had the chilaquiles and she thought they were delicious. No complaints.

Amazing dishes all around here. The appetizers were great (especially the brussel sprouts) and came fast even though we had a large party. The main dish also hit the spot and I would order again. Well worth going.

The operation hours are not what it says they are on both the restaurant’s website and Google? We came here for lunch on a Sunday at 1pm and it was completely shut up and closed… it’s fine if hours need to be changed, but at the very least update hours on google maps and/or their website for that day. Or even a sign posted on the restaurant door letting customers know something happened? Based on previous reviews this seems to be a reoccurring issue where there is lack of communication to customers when there are arbitrary changes to hours. Was really looking forward to trying this menu and drove all the way over for nothing
