I ordered ahead for pickup and still waited about ten to fifteen minutes past the scheduled time.

When I got home and unpacked the food, one side salad had been placed within the hot dinner container, and the second salad was packed alongside hot French fries. As expected, everything was wilted or compromised from the heat. I wasn’t expecting much from a fast food salad, but it was just bagged lettuce in a plastic container. They should take a page from Chick-fil-A and offer something better quality.

The fish itself was broken into pieces, looking as though it had been hastily tossed into the container. It didn’t resemble two intact pieces as shown in promotional materials, even by fast food standards. The rolls were dry and cold.

For the price, this was incredibly disappointing. This experience did not reflect the quality I’ve experienced previously at other Culver’s or “fresh cooked to order” standards that Culver’s promotes. I submitted feedback through the proper channel and requested follow-up, but never heard from anyone.

It’s frustrating to spend hard-earned money ($17.00) and receive a subpar meal with no response afterward. Based on this experience, I would not order again.

Addendum: I did submit feedback via the suggested method from the store. To reiterate as previously stated in my review: I requested follow up, provided my contact information, and did not receive any response.

Today the restaurant was very cold couldn’t wait to get back to the car.Hamburghad all the fixing on one side, made to hasty. Fresh were alright but everything got cold to quickly. It didn’t matter were you sat .Had a single chocolate most of the time very good, but it had little chunks of ice Cristal . If I had realized it was so cooled inside I would not have ordered ice-cream

One of the best fast food restaurants around that serves one of the best burgers around. The custard is amazing! The staff is top-notch beyond polite and friendly more than helpful and just about every time I go in there I have at least one employee shake my hand for being a veteran. That’s what I call a top-notch staff and top-notch management who hire them.

I used to love this place and I do love their food. Unfortunately today I was unimpressed with the food and service of my meal. When I got home both my mom and my boyfriend’s burgers were completely raw and when I called the store the only solution offered was a free meal voucher. I don’t want to eat here again after receiving uncooked food. I guess check your burgers before you eat them here

Food was great but very cold inside, We could not even take off coats to eat comfortably.
We ended up eating quickly and leaving due to the temperature inside the restaurant.
Customers around us were also wearing their coats.

I visited this location this evening and I hate to say, I was really disappointed . I really like Culver’s and have visited many in many different states. I even visited the world’s largest location in Wisconsin. But, this evening just didn’t measure up. I ordered a Swiss melt a lg fry and a fish sandwich. My first real red flag happened when I drove up to pay and the person who was taking the money seemed more interested in the other employees instead of the guest. I paid drove and waited for my food. Once I received it I started to drive off and open my sandwich. To my dismay the melt had a huge whole right in the middle of the dread, making it extremely hard to hold without getting Cheddar cheese all over my fingers. The fish sandwich, which is usually golden brown was extremely dark drown ( clearly over cooked). The k ly really good item was the fries. To be honest, I probably won’t be returning to this location, because I payed way to much for subpar food.

We recently found an item missing from our take out order when we got home. The owner, Gary, was extremely apologetic and quick to remedy the situation. These things happen and all of our other experiences at this location have been great. Highly recommended!

Can’t go wrong with Culver’s and their quality fast food. However, this location notoriously misses items. There is little to no acknowledgement for the inconvenience when this is brought to attention. Lack of customer service etiquette. Seems like poor leadership. Avoiding this place for a while and see if it changes in time.
