Arrived as first time guest as a result of a Google search.
Immediately greeted and warmly welcomed by James upon entry. Once seated Sydney who was equally warm and friendly took our drink orders. We elected to have ice water with lemon. Sydney returned almost immediately with our waters and expertly explained the menu and it’s numerous options and choices, I appreciated Sydney sharing her knowledge and expertise in a non judgemental way with us. We had already picked our favorites out within seconds of reviewing the menu so we quickly ordered without difficulty or delay.
Panda House has a limited “express” buffet bar which primarily serves the “to-go” crowd.
We elected to sit down and enjoy the main menu along with tableside service over ordering from the express buffet bar. James immediately made his presence known, introducing himself and making it clear that our satisfaction was his main goal. James exhibited a level of customer service seldom seen in the post pandemic world of normalized uncaring indifference.
Our food was served hot, fresh and delicious. James made repeated contact with us throughout the meal ensuring our satisfaction.
Our egg drop soup arrived almost immediately. I appreciated it’s simplicity and elevated flavor profile, the lack of corn, peas and onions and all sorts of other unwanted “fillers” was rewarding. It was extremely flavorful all on it’s own. Our crab rangoons were equally impressive, stuffed to the max leaving no room for anything else, the level of pride displayed by the cook staff was plain to see. The main entree arrived shortly afterwards and it was visibly appealing.
We truly felt treated as guest versus just another annoying patron. It was refreshing to rediscover warm comfortable clean ambiance, friendly professional service and delectable food all at the same time at the same place. We didn’t feel as if panda house was on a war footing with its customers.
5 ⭐ reviews are never freely awarded, instead they are well earned and we felt we had chosen wisely in selecting Panda House for our meal.
We never expect perfection, but do expect their best effort and James, Sydney and the unnamed kitchen staff clearly delivered leaving no room for criticism.

Great place to go for a great lunch! Servers were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious! We did the Pick Two Entrees, for $9.95 each. There was so much food, as your entemrees come with two sides, soup and a fortune cookie. We got one of the new egg rolls to share for and extra $2.00. Such a good bargain. It’s too bad we live in Spokane, Washington or this would become a regular go-spot for sure!

Ordered food from here today. I ordered shrimp and broccoli in garlic sauce, size large. (They sent a small container of rice). Shrimp lomein also size large. And an order of chicken wings. When the order arrived, before I opened the container with the chicken wings my daughter said it smelled funny. Upon further inspection I realized that it smelled like peanuts. When I opened the container it was all drum sticks, not a mix of flats and drums like most restaurants. And when I took a bite it was RAW. Still pink inside. Couldn’t/wouldn’t even give it to my dogs. When I called and explained what happened the worker told me they cook their food in SOY oil, even though their menu states that they cook with 100% vegetable oil. I requested a refund for only the chicken wings and she then said they can give me a discount for my next order. Yea no thank you. Now I have to go through the hassle of calling my card company to get a refund for inedible food.

Too Bad, we used to enjoy this place, now we have to go to Tucson for Chinese food. The pork fried rice was Mushy, it’s usually really good so I ordered a large. We threw it away. My wife had shrimp & vegetables but there were no water chestnuts. I asked for xtra hot mustard and sweet sauce and there was none. Good thing I checked when I picked it up so they gave me more. Things just arent what they used to be…to bad!

Daily special… Shrimp with peanut sauce, supposedly spicy. I paid extra for extra peanut sauce, but the sauce turned out to be a sesame soy sauce with no hint of peanuts. It wasn’t just BAD, it was nauseating. I ate half before throwing the rest in the trash.

Got all this food for 35 bucks. I saw all the bad reviews, but was willing to try it. Was well worth it, got a lot of food and a lot of leftovers. It was all pretty tasty, will come back later.

First time I was extremely disappointed in my food- rice gummy & wontons were stale.
*the restaurants reply was inaccurate- the food was not freshly made. I have been to your restaurant many times and this day was the worst. The wontons were hard, cold and had a stale taste. That is the truth. Maybe you all had an off day- it happens, but my food was not good or freshly prepared.
