Don’t waste your time following the Google listing for this outfit. The address is not where they are, and they don’t answer the phone. It turns out this is a mobile roach coach, AKA a food truck. That’s the secret…good luck tracking them down because, well…the phone issue.

They were at Highlands at Heathbrook today, and I decided to give it a try! The food is delicious, and feels freshly made! I had the Chicken Rice Bowl, and it was too good. The yellow rice is well seasoned, the chicken was so tender, and the sweet plantains were perfect! I really hope they come back, I already want more!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. 10/10 would recommend. I was not given a free meal or “paid” to write this review, I paid with my own money. But I have to say, I don’t write many reviews and this was absolutely review worthy. They happened to be parked outside of the front office where I worked and I told myself that I was going to go home and make something for lunch. I got home and immediately didn’t want to make anything so I went to this food truck and oh my lord I’m glad I did. My husband and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the food. The flavors are amazing and it was absolutely worth it. The prices are decent as well. The only thing I would change differently is to add more of the special sauce they use for the blacked chicken bowl- lord have mercy was that sauce AMAZING.
