This is a beautiful place to have breakfast and lunch. The menu is excellent and they have really nice customer service. This morning I had the breakfast platter. With scrambled eggs and sausage and rye toast with hash browns. And a large coffee. It was a absolutely delicious. The service is outstanding. And it has a nice vibe. I highly recommend Jean’s Cafe.

Just moved into the city and wanted to find a local sandwich shop by me, Jeans was on my way home and stopped to get a quick bite. I was welcomed by Randy who recognized I was a first-timer. He told me all about their combos and offered me generous discounts for my next order. I got the Jean Panini which was excellent. Bread was perfectly crusted, vegetables fresh, and chicken delicious. I’ll definitely be going back to try their breakfast

Good evening Google Family. I stumbled on this spot when I was downtown today. I needed to kill time, so I decided to go to Jean’s Cafe to eat breakfast. I was ordering on the kiosk and then the lady employee told me I could order from her. I didn’t see oatmeal or grits on the kiosk but they had oatmeal with cinnamon in a small bowl. Then I ordered some turkey bacon, 3 strips. I ate in the cafe. I was there a short amount of time to eat and then I left for my appointment at 9 am. I had already paid for my food by cash. When I arrived for my appointment, I was early. I had a good experience in Jean’s Cafe and I told them that I would give them a good review. Have a good night Google Family, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!

As Americans, we love our American Food—the Diner. This is not an American Diner by any stretch, but the food is Diner Food. If you were born and raised here, go. I love John the owner and they are super nice. You don’t even need to look at the menu, just tell them what you want. Everything I got here was good and the best scrapple.

I have been going to Jean’s for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. They have one of the best tuna turkey bacon club sandwiches in the city. Highly recommended.

I’d highly recommend Jean’s Cafe! They have a large drink/soda selection, a nice fridge with morning snacks, fruits, other drinks, as well as an extensive food selection. Breakfast is served all day! It’s quality food at a decent price. Was speaking with the woman, who is extremely nice and respectful. Do unto others as you would yourself. It’s a nice shop with delicious food and a surprisingly large portion. I was confused, thought I double ordered a cheese steak for a second but it was just one, fully packed, halved sub (2 pieces) and I got some hash browns too (first meal of the day). If you leave here hungry it’s your own fault. They have an ATM and accept Apple Pay.

Located directly across from a SEPTA bus stop. Several 4-seater tables inside and I think they pride themselves on keeping the establishment very clean making sure everything is well-stocked. Restroom for customers. Hardworking individuals. Overall, solid place to stop by for breakfast, lunch, dinner or whatever you need. It seems this is a local favorite as well. Thank you for the meal!

I was staying at the holiday inn across the street with a friend from Canada and we stopped in for a quick bite before going to the art museum. Service was quick, menu was extensive and the staff were super friendly. The food was really fresh and delicious. I’ll be back for sure!
