I come here everyday because I work next to it and I have always had great service but since the new employee change the quality of drinks is down bad, service is getting horrible as well. My mobile order was made in front of me and then just sat there and the blonde girl just walked away from it, I waited 10 minutes and had to say is that my drink? In order for me to get it. Not the experience I want to keep enduring, and not worth the time or money for.

This is the first time I come here and drive through staff was amazing. I had my two doggies and they offered treats for them. I’ve been to many Dutch Bros, but never to one where they actually offered treats for my doggies (so I did not know about this until today). They also gave me water for the doggies. Seriously service was 10/10. I always order the campout cold brew with dark chocolate and vanilla foam because is the only coffee that doesn’t make me feel jittery.

Pulled up one night to get a milk shake (yes a milkshake). One of the girls working there was playing a song from my favorite band. I’ve never heard anyone play this band in public so it really made my day. We talked about it to and she was friendly. Excellent

I’d like to especially acknowledge the young server who was working the window today. I didn’t get her name, but she has long blonde hair and her nails are a pretty almond shaped pink tipped French manicure. She has a very caring and sweet heart that makes an impact on the people she’s serving! She’s very emotionally intelligent. Her kindness made a difference in my whole day!
