I got the Buffalo burger because I love stereotyping states. It was a whole lot better than any fast food burger place and the fries were seasoned nicely. The place has a cool feel. Like a 1950s or 60s cigar lounge. Leather swiveling chairs, low lighting, and lots of wood paneling. Definitely an interesting place to stop.

Nice rustic steakhouse décor. A very pleasant staff. But WOW – what a steak! My strip was cooked perfectly. The flavor was fantastic. Each bite was a little bit a joy exploding in my mouth. Even if you have to drive 500 miles, you will not be disappointed.

Had an early dinner there on my way through Wyoming. Ordered the Santa Fe Sirloin-marinated in green chili peppers & black pepper. I deliberately ordered a lesser cut of beef to see what they would do with it. It was excellent-firm but not tough, not a hint of gristle or fat, tasty marinade, grilled perfectly, with fresh asparagus & baked potato. Excellent young local waitress, Christine, who talked music with me & gave me good suggestions for my music playlist for the road.
