Visited on a Friday around 4:30 and they were already busy. I sat at the bar to to place a to go order and had a drink while I waited. The bartender was friendly and super busy but super efficient. I was impressed with how much he could do between getting everyone at the bar drinks and food and helping serve the restaurant as well. Have the old fashioned! It was great!

I got the mushroom burger and fries. The fries were tasty and really well seasoned. The mushroom burger was done perfectly. Service was excellent. My waitress was genuinely friendly. Great experience all around. I highly suggest it, especially if you are looking for a drink or casual bite.

Food was definitely fresh! We loved that everything selected was an excellent example of the American menu items, but tasted fresh and homemade.
These days, people like to put their own twist on things making them unrecognizable. Here, they were excellent examples of recognizable options.
We found very warm and friendly service, a very clean bar environment with much better than expected food considering we were in a bar. We would totally go there again just to eat!

Great little spot in Cle Elum! Had the chicken/bacon club sandwich with hand cut fries. Both were hot and tasty. The chicken had good flavor, the bacon was crispy, and the bread was toasted just right.
The inside is a bar type setting and then they also have a few tables outside in the back.

New ownership! Five Star Local Diner. Already a favorite. Great cocktails. Good prices and good food. Hope they are here for a good while! WTH! Amazing House made tots too!!! We are looking forward to more food offerings. Hopefully they work out noise level mitigation in the coming year.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, we figured it’d be another neighborhood bar we’d just add to our rotation. How wrong we were! Stoked on the tap list, it’s a great balance of standards that anyone would be happy about and sprinkled with some seasonals and one-offs.
Then comes the food, woah! We were expecting your run of the mill burger and fries. Nope! It’s legit the best burger I’ve ever had at a bar. The philly was also bomb AF (tender, fall apart in your mouth meat with fresh veggies). Also, do yourself a favor, splurge in the tater kegs.
