We went here for breakfast for the family this morning, which yes it was a decent sized order and we added one more lg hashbrown at the window but upon which doing so the blonde cashier was very hateful and nasty, even at the speaker. She had said she was going to have to pull us forward because she had to drop more since our order was so big, which we were fine with. She didn’t even pull us forward, she gave us our food and I asked if she needed us to pull up for the hashbrown. She said no and that everything was there. When we checked to see if everything was there we were missing a lg hashbrown, and the two mediums were made into a small. So I went inside and told her and she was very nasty and said id have to wait for hasbrown. She then proceeded to only give me one lg, then when she realized i was standing there she stood there and argued with me that my order was correct. I used to work at Burger King therefore i know the hashbrown sizes. Orange is lg, red is md, and the small bags are for the small. She tried telling me essentially that they were correct sizes and said that she wasn’t going to sit there and argue with me, she even looked in the bag and saw the 3 smalls. I told her I used to work at burger king so I know the sizes and I wasn’t going to sit there and argue with her either. Seen in the pictures at first we only got 2 lg which isn’t pictured with the smalls, and the other lg and md I went back in for, which I didn’t get the second medium fixed because she was talking to me so nasty. But we clearly ordered one small and 2 md, 3 lg. this experience with this Burger King was awful pathetic and sad.

They seriously need to shut this Burger King down! It’s honestly a disgrace to the Burger King for chain. The food is sloppy, never accurate, and always cold. I wouldn’t be surprised if the kitchen has roaches. The staff is unprofessional and obviously hate their job. This is a good location but the food, service, and quality is far below acceptable. There is no way this Burger King makes any profit, it’s sad. Worst fast food restaurant in all of Page County.

This Burger King might not look the best structurally, but the people are hard-working that work there, food is good service is nice, places clean inside and it has one of the only play areas left that kids can actually play on outside they had those when I was a kid in the 90s, and the ray is the only burger thing I really know of and Virginia, that has an outdoor playhouse.

This place is horrible, we found it extremely dirty an unhygienic. The staffs were really very rude. It was difficult to order. They provided the sandwitch right after we ordered. It was cold and clearly not fresh. Also, when we asked for ketchup and mayo they seem rude. We have been to burger king on a regular place, this place doesn’t reflect other burger kings. Will never recomment anyone to go there. This place doesn’t worth visiting.

It’s funny to sell a Bacon King and then tell me at the end that they’re out of bacon. In short, they sold me a Bacon King at full price without bacon, without offering me alternatives. It’s not the servers’ fault, but the food orders still leave something to be desired.

I’m not sure how this place has 2 stars. We had an amazing experience! We went in the morning for breakfast. Ate inside and the employee was very helpful and on top of everything. Might have been the manager. He handled the drive-thru and inside well. He didn’t have another person to help, just the kitchen staff. There was a handful of locals and he made sure them and us were taken care of. My husband and I really enjoyed listening to them talk to this employee with respect and him the same. When he didn’t have customers or something to do he came and sat down to talk for a bit. We absolutely love that! Small town feel. We love that and we’re from a small town too. ❤️

I order a burger and they got it wrong 4 times and I had to get my money back. The girl at the counter was rude and very unprofessional she was mad because they got my food wrong it’s right on the screen how to make it the way the costumer orders it

Service was painfully slow. Extremely slow. Our ticket was only 2 numbers behind and we waited over 40 minutes. We would have left if we hadn’t already paid. It’s a bad sign when everybody is sitting in the restaurant is waiting for their number to be called. They’re didn’t appear to have enough staff and it looked like only one person was cooking, at a snail’s pace. The man facilitating the tickets would stare at them with his back to the customers rather than helping with the food. The tickets were misplaced, and they didn’t know what to make to fill them. Luckily I kept my ticket and handed it over for reference. Until the staff is trained to multitask, the best thing this restaurant can do is to shut down mobile and online orders, dine in, and only have drive-thru orders so they can focus on one order at a time until they get the routine down.

Food was good, but no ice for drinks…even though the restaurant was connected to a convenience store that sold bags of ice. The restaurant was very dirty…kiosks, soda machine and trash cans didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned in a very long time. Told the employees that we accidentally spilled a soda and no one came out to clean it up before we even left the restaurant.
