Five stars for the team at this Chipotle! It’s rare to find such a friendly and efficient staff during a busy rush, but they handled everything with a smile and made me feel valued as a customer. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito, and it was delicious—the meat was juicy and flavorful, and all the toppings were well-stocked and fresh. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making for a great dining experience. Highly recommend this location!

A taste from home AZ that is!! It’s about time AR y’all got some flavor other than that fried food! Still workin on my rice bowl from 2 hours ago. Don’t be afraid to try something NEW! You really can’t go wrong with building your own meal. Yea it’s a lil pricey for these times, buttt like I said I’m still workin on my bowl so It’s definitely worth it!

This place is always dirty employees just standing around, food is usually cold there seems to be no communication between servers and cooks always running out of things and they won’t rush to get more done. Again tables always dirty floor is dirty food service area always dirty they rather chit chat then work. Will never spend another dime here.

It’s been hyped up for so long decided to finally try. Was not the best, first they couldn’t roll my burrito correctly which it was decent but it wasn’t as big as others. The queso was clumpy and non flavorful. The rice was still crunchy. I take about 4-5 bites and it all fell out the bottom. I get it but at the same time I’ve had bigger burritos and that’s not happened yet lol. Then the chicken was very fatty I kept having to spit it out and not seasoned. My boyfriend asked for guacamole and they put so much he couldn’t taste anything else. The only good thing was the vinaigrette and sour cream.

Visited this Mexican restaurant and really was not impressed with it. It seems much more expensive than going to a typical Mexican eatery in the same area while giving you less food with less quality. I got a bowl and all of the ingredients outside of the guacamole tasted stale. They can and do offer some healthy, quick options but overall it isn’t a place I envision going to again.

Tried to call because order wasn’t correct or not good. Can’t get ahold of a person, try to go up there and ask what should be done..very rude I was told to call 1800chipolte no such thing. Can’t get this fixed. Ordered a chicken and rice bowl w sour cream and look like it was drowned in milk, tasted horrible ended up throwing it away. The rude guy said if I would of brought it back they would have remade it but if they can’t answer a phone call then I don’t feel they would have the authority to fix it.

Not all Chipotles are created equal, but this is a good one. The staff is friendly and accurate when placing mobile pickup orders. The time they overlooked the double protein in our bowls they made it right without question.

Chipotle has been one of my go to meals since I changed my diet. I usually get a steak bowl and they are always satisfying. The only con would be that there’s not enough seating when it gets crowded and the music is turned up pretty loud.

I’m from Frisco Tx and I’ve been eating chipotle for YEARS, I’m talking 20 plus years it has been top 2 favorite places to eat. But it seems over the theyve gotten worse and worse. And today in Jonesboro it was by far the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to, I get it that the prices have gone up every where in the world but how on earth the quality and quantity of food has gone down. I got a steak burrito and they gave me a half scoop of steak to where I had to ask for double steak just to get a full scoop. Not only that but once the burritos were done they were about as big as a Taco Bell burrito, 2 of them and 2 cokes for 40 dollars. Smallest burritos I’ve ever seen to the point that my wife and I agreed we would never go back again. I would stay away from this place all together
