I am kind of new to Chipotle. The service was friendly and quick. The dining room is cozy and was clean overall. We did not have to wait to be served. The menu is a little confusing but if you know what you want, it’s good. A lot of options available.
The one thing that I felt a little underwhelmed about was that much of the food was lukewarm at best and not very fresh. I kept thinking ,oh they must heat it up at the end. That isnt the case. Everything tasted good but like it was yesterday’s reheats that needed to go back in the microwave.

My experience at this location was God awful. The employee that was preparing my two bowls for my wife and I rushed and acted as if she didn’t want to service us. We then got home to eat our bowls and the quality of the food I must admit was 0/10. The white rice was still hard, the chicken did not taste great! I will not be returning to this location. There is change that needs to happen at this location.

Super skimpy. Also gave me a teaspoon of guacamole. Asked for forks and they said they’re in the bag but came to find they put spoons. I wouldn’t leave a pile by their dumpster and would straight up just get Taco Bell.

These guys never restock ANYTHING at ANY TIME! I gone here about 4 total times, and they are usually out of something in their list of toppings. One time it was veggies, other times it’s chicken, and another time it was sour cream!

New Chipotle location right outside Kroger on Emerson Avenue. A perfect spot for Chipotle to open a store as the nearest one in this area is on US 31. We went in for dinner and they have plenty of parking around with a drive through faculty which is a big plus. I was excited to try a new location but to my disappointment place needs more organization as I saw paper tissues on the floor, some tables still had little leftover from other customers. Some servers were smiling some were dead serious no greeting no smiling. I thought it’s a new store people should be excited working here but I guess they need more training. I took rice bowl the ingredients were great and it tasted good. Will try in future and will update the review if I will find the changes I mentioned above.

never a good experience here very small portions, never kind any of the times i’ve ever came here, always out of something, today steak forks and receipt paper. Probably the worst chipotle i’ve gone to and sad it has to be the closest to me. Workers could definitely work on customer service for sure..

What is the issue with this Chipotle establishment? The food lacks flavor. The chicken was undercooked on one side and overcooked on the other. The beans, corn, and tomatoes were excessively watery in the bowl. Have these individuals ever compared their experience with Chipotle from another location? I encountered the same problem when I tried it when it first opened, and I discontinued my patronage. The same issue arose after three years. It is ridiculous.

If you order through the mobile app, you won’t get double meat if you ask for it, so don’t do it!
Also, always the remains of a tornado inside.
But, once you pop the cold food in the microwave it tastes great!

Really trying to like this place because they do have good food when it’s actually good. I went in to get some of the carne asada today and I swear it looked black like charcoal bits. We asked the guy to get some different stuff and he went over to the drive-thru section and got the same charcoal pieces of meat.
Something’s not right with this location I think they should close it down I am about ready to start up a legal lawsuit so we can all get our money back
