I’m a frequent regular here, and the team is the absolute best. A huge shoutout to Lucas and the rest of the crew—they’re always so welcoming and make every visit a great experience. They always get my White Chocolate Mocha exactly right, too! It’s a busy spot, but they handle it with such a good attitude and really take care of their regulars. Occasionally when they’re busy, things can be a little hit-or-miss with the food or the lobby, but the 5 stars are 100% for the staff and the awesome service. This is definitely my go-to location!

Two things: 1. Many of the baristas at this location are new and will short you on your drink – trying to make the steamed milk they prepped go farther leaving you with a half-full beverage, not making the drink correctly, etc. The secret shoppers of the 2000s (who would come in and purchase a specialty drink which they would weigh and assess ratios of steamed vs foam milk) would have a field day with this store. 2. The atmosphere is comfy but ambiance is hit or miss. If you’re not bombarded by the music, sometimes played too loud or the baristas have decided they want to play a Taylor Swift album track-to-track in its entirety, then your experience is burdened by the baristas gossiping and yammering into their headsets to one another. This was so intrusive once that my wife and I elected to get up and leave for want of the relaxation we thought we would have enjoyed inside the cafe – and there were no other customers in the store. Your co-worker is ten feet away. Just go talk to them, and just them, quietly.

Starbucks is my go-to spot for coffee, and it rarely disappoints. The drinks are consistently good, whether I’m sticking to a classic Pike Place or trying out one of the seasonal specials. I also really enjoy their selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches, which pair perfectly with a morning coffee run.
What I appreciate most, though, is the atmosphere. The stores are usually clean, comfortable, and make a great place to relax, get work done, or catch up with friends. The staff is generally friendly and quick, even during the busy morning rush, and mobile ordering makes things super convenient when I’m in a hurry.
Overall, Starbucks strikes a great balance of quality, convenience, and welcoming vibe—making it much more than just a coffee shop. Highly recommend!

I hate writing a review with anything less than 4 stars but if the shoe fits…
Popped into this location because it’s close to home and was meeting a friend. We placed our order and sat down. After a bit of time went by I asked him if he heard our drinks were ready. Usually, they call out your name or what drink you ordered. Neither one of us heard anyone say our drinks were ready. To make matters worse, from where the dining room is situated, you can’t see where they put the drinks. It’s completely obscured. I ordered a HOT caramel macchiato, which was ice cold by the time we got the drinks. On top of that, the coffee was like water. It was flavorless. Usually, Starbucks coffee is pretty strong but not this time!
I didn’t feel like making a big deal over it as I had much to discuss with my friend. There’s a reason I don’t frequent Starbucks. The quality of their coffee has gone downhill over the years.
The staff was fine. They greeted us upon entering and were nice at the register. The one thing I will say is it looked like some of them were just leaning against the counter with nothing to do. I’ve worked in food service. There is ALWAYS something to do. My manager used to say, “If you can lean, you can CLEAN.”
Probably won’t be back to any Starbucks anytime soon. There are other coffee places that do it better.

I’m getting increasingly frustrated with Starbucks. First, the tipping expectation at the drive-thru window is out of hand. I drove myself there, I’m handed a drink through my car window, and yet they immediately flash the tip screen before I even get my order. Tipping is appropriate for delivery drivers or waitstaff who provide table service — not when I’m retrieving a drink I paid for while sitting in my own car. If Starbucks employees want tips, there should be an added level of service — not just handing out an order.
Second, Starbucks no longer provides drink stoppers or even a sticker seal unless you specifically ask for one. The last three times I’ve ordered, my drink spilled all over my car because the lid design is not secure without a stopper. Today, when I asked the barista if the policy had changed, she avoided giving a clear answer and simply told me I “just have to ask for one.” The problem is that most customers won’t think to ask until it’s too late and their car is already a mess.
It’s disappointing to see a company regress on basic customer experience. Instead of making improvements, it feels like Starbucks is cutting corners and lowering standards while expecting customers to make up the difference with tips. Between the aggressive tipping prompts and the decline in service, I no longer feel motivated to visit — much less tip.

I stopped this afternoon to order a Venti Chai Tea Latte Hot. It was the worse Chai Tea from a Starbucks that I’ve ever had. I could only take one drink and throw the rest away. It’s a shame they don’t train employees better. I would definitely avoid this Starbuck’s.
Update – Thank you for replying Starbucks – Your reply however doesn’t make sense – I would go in and ask the same employees who didn’t know how to make it the first time. I assume the employees working are doing their best. The problem is I can go to 5 different Starbucks in the area and Hot Chai Tea’s all taste different. I can only assume the problem is training not the employee. Offering the customer credit would be a better solution. Thanks again for replying have a good day

Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! I have traveled all over the United States and never have been to one like this! Waited 30 mins in line, which is fine especially if they are busy. But as I was placing my order the young man taking my order was extremely rude, impatient, non helpful and ignored me when I asked for the total. I then proceeded to pull to the window where I waited another 10 mins to be greeted by the same young man. I choose not to say anything to him, and consistently dealt with his rude behavior and insulting comments towards my appearance and voice. He stepped away slammed the window shut and I was left sitting there another 5-10 minutes waiting on a water. A nice young lady came to the window and asked if that was all I was waiting on. I replied yes, and asked her if the young man was ok? She made excuses for him and the establishment which is not her fault. So far customer service -100….. Now I have pulled off and have received my coffee (which were half full as well as leaking on the straws cup holder, my car)and food to realize the coffees are incorrect and the food was slung together very unappetizing and looked inedible. -please do not waste your money on this particular establishment. You will regret it!

Good service! They ask for my patience at drive through because the customer in front of me had a $50 order. Considering that situation it was surprisingly quick and they were very polite. Great coffee and some inspirationiol words on the board at the drive thru. A+ experience.
