Highly NOT recommended.
I would recommend you find another taco bell, management and customer service at this location are terrible. The wait time in the drive through is ridiculous, Customer service seems like an inconvenience, even after waiting for 20 minutes for our food the order was incorrect and demanded an extra trip inside for the rest of our food.
The front deak staff inside was friendly but the food was overcooked, the chicken strips in the burrito were so overcooked there was no meat left, it was literally so deepfried it crumbled when I bit into it.
The burritos were not wrapped and just fell apart when we opened the wrapper.

50 minutes in the drive through line! Ridiculous for a fast food place and more for a mobile order placed ahead of time!! They have all the signs of order ahead, skip the line. When I finally made it to the window and asked for a manager the girl just gave some excuse and said have a good day. Went directly to Taco Bell website to place a complaint on this location.

If you plan on coming here on a weekend or at any hour where you would assume it would be busy, DONT DO IT! The line outside and inside is insane, waiting over an hour at time for food. I don’t blame the staff, it seems like there just aren’t enough people to keep up with the growth of Hamlin.

I’ve had repeated issues at this Taco Bell. On multiple visits my order has been incorrect, and the drive-thru line is consistently very slow. The atmosphere feels EXTREMELY unwelcoming and the service comes off rude as hell. I do not expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy and an accurate order. I’m leaving this review because it’s been a pattern, not a one-time visit. 2 stars for this place is generous.

This place SUCKS!!!!!! I’ve been here several times as Taco Bell is my daughter’s favorite but unfortunately EVERY SINGLE TIME this place DISAPPOINTS!!!! Foods okay, atmosphere is dirty and service is terrible! Nobody there wants to work, be friendly or do anything for that matter! They complain while taking your order as if they are mad you walked in. If you don’t like your job, find another one but no need to take it out on paying customers that keep you employed. I’m so tired of Taco Bell’s honestly. They are all the same unfortunately. I’d rather pay more anywhere else just to get better service! Don’t waste your time or money! Wish they had negative stars to give because that’s what they deserve!

It’s been over year since I’ve been to this location because of how awful it is. It’s close by and a convenient location but the service and wait times make me go out of my way.
We waited 10 minutes at the speaker in the drive thru. There were cars so we were patient. Then everyone left and we were the only car sitting there and you can clearly see us sitting there. We yelled into the speaker and they finally took our order.
I don’t understand why the owners of this location don’t care about it. There are countless terrible reviews and nothing changes.
When we went to check out, my husband couldn’t remember if he handed the girl his card or not (to pay) so he said “I handed you a card right?” And the girl was like “huh?” And he repeated himself and she said she was “so confused”. Whats there to be confused about!? He was making sure he already handed the card. He didn’t remember because you asked us 3x if we had the luxe box order when we were the only ppl in line!!!

Waited in the drive through line almost 30 min. They must be frying in dirty oil because the fried stuff tasted terrible/burnt. The employees are unplugging the screen that shows how long the orders have taken so it doesn’t seem as bad as it is. Just terrible all around, and at this point it’s pretty clear the owners don’t care.

First of all, we go to Taco Bell entirely too often… 1-3x per week, I’d say. We have see the rapid decline of this location specifically. Pretty much all evening long, whether on week nights or week days, you will be waiting over 30+ mins to be served, and that’s being generous; expect it to take much longer unless you hit the jackpot and somehow come when it’s dead.
95% of the time the drive thru line will be crazy long and stagnant, and the tiny interior will be crammed full of angry people awaiting their order. I feel terrible for these employees because they’re always working to the bone and never seem to have enough help. Angry customers tired of waiting forever are always yelling at them, be it in the drive thru or inside at the counter. Today we placed a pickup order about 40 mins ago and are still waiting to be served. Our food was supposed to be ready over 20 mins ago and, based on how many people are here, it doesn’t look like it’s coming anytime soon.
This is not fast food and this is frankly one of the worst Taco Bell locations I have ever been to. We only come here because we’re extremely busy and it’s a quick meal we can grab for dinner after super long days… now our frustration today has made it so we have decided to not come back.
Ordering at this location takes as long or sometimes longer than it would to sit down at a restaurant and be served real quality food, AND we wouldn’t have to watch mean people mistreat your staff (who already appear to be doing their best) which is awful.

I come here pretty often and honestly today was the last time I’ll ever come back or ever eat Taco Bell again. The service is always terrible, it takes 15 minutes to get a $5 combo meal through dine in, meanwhile 15 orders of drive thru go out, the drink machine is forever either out of ice or syrup for the drinks, the bathroom today was completely covered in some type of sticky substance and it has been there a while since it’s sticky. I watched 3 other people while I was eating my food wait 20 mins for a burrito and a few drinks. Completely unprofessional.

We ordered through the app at home, since we live close by. After ordering we were there in about 6-8 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and spent $30 for our food and the whole order was crap. Chicken quesadilla was missing chicken, cold nacho fries, chicken cantina tacos partially toasted and hardly any chicken, hardly any beef in the crunch wrap, cheesy bean and rice burrito, and the Doritos locos taco. Also, somehow the cinnamon twists were like rock hard. The only good things in the order were our drinks…
