If I order chow mein I want NOODLES… NOT a box full of CABBAGE. This is starting to happen frequently. There is literally not one reason there should be this much cabbage on the plate & then it’s the fact there are no noodles. Just picking up a fork full of cabbage….

I can’t really rate the food only the service. They will not open at stated times. Even when I called and asked about it from their parking lot they stated they were unloading a truck currently. I was in the parking lot and did not see this truck. This is the second time we have been there when they would not open the door. I guess we will never really know if their food is any good

Went today to get 5 meals and on one meal the worker named Gilbert was serving out food when the Employee named Toni yelled “Noooooooo that’s mine, that’s for my online order” so he had to put the food back in the serving board. I almost lost it. I had my 4 kids with me. The whole time we were eating she kept yelling at the other employees they looked intimidated. This doesn’t look so good on yall PANDA EXPRESS. I HOPE TONI’S MANAGER SEES THIS AND SEES THE CAMERAS. Even my kids know better they were eating all scared like what’s wrong with her is she OK. I just told them ignore her and keep eating. As I was leaving I tipped Gilbert. Thank you Gilbert you were super polite not just to us as customer but to your coworkers. Toni shame on you. You need to be a leader and example to your coworkers they are there to work and make money and go home not to have to deal with rude customers and Co workers. Come on!!!!!!! @ PANDA EXPRESS DO BETTER AT MONITORING THIS!!!!!!!

The staff was amazing and the service excellent. The food was great for a fast Chinese food choice. I picked up for everyone at the office. Everyone loved the food but we were all shocked at how little there was of it for the price. Usually when we get Chinese for lunch there’s so much food we have enough for the next day. I got honey walnut shrimp…there were 6 small shrimp. It was very good but China wok is just as good and you will get a lot more for the money

Very nice employees, but the cook needs to be retained. The mushroom chicken was terrible almost undercooked, the meat in the broccoli beef needed more cooking and flavor. Won’t be back. Sadly I love Panda.

4/2020 Finally went back after a few bad experiences. Food was really good and will be back.

My husband picked up dinner for me on his way home from work, and he had to sit and wait almost 30 minutes for my order. He ordered a simple bowl with orange chicken and white rice, spring rolls, and an apple pie roll.
Imagine my frustration when he gets home, after waiting that long for “FAST” food, and I see a sorry scoop of orange chicken on top of my rice. I’ve attached a picture for reference.
I imagine he had to wait that long because a new batch of chicken was being made, or at least some other reasonable excuse, so tell me why, I got a pathetic amount of chicken? This is beyond irritating. You should give people the full amount they pay for and not skimp them, especially after making them wait that long for the food.

After four hours of driving I came here to dine in and as I was ordering the lady serving my food and an employee sweeping kept asking me questions and repeating what I said and giggled endlessly. They kept glaring at me and smirking and insulting me. They were playing around and it took almost ten minutes to get my food (which was already ready on the line) with no one else in line. The older lady who served me acted confused that I paid in cash and would not stop laughing and took like 3 minutes to get my change. Two other employees noticed and spoke up and apologized that they weren’t acting right and taking way too long.
Also the Lo Mein was way more cabbage than noodle. This place needs to give certain employees critical thinking skills. Never plan on coming back to this location.

Go ahead and fire the cook because I absolutely love Panda Express but never have I ever been served dry chow mein and undercooked fried rice !! Orange chicken taste so off and food was given to me cold this is definitely not fresh I don’t recommend this location until they figure out where to hire some qualified cooks.

I hear alot of bad about this place, but I stopped by their yesterday. Food was fresh, the service was very good with attentive staff. Lobby and tables were being cleaned as people left. Not a bad place.
