Do I even need to explain?? Hands down the most disgusting pizza I have ever received. First of all, I asked for a well-done pizza and received the equivalent of a steak that is still bleeding. I received this $30 mess with all the toppings overflowing the top left corner. It’s apparent in the photo that all the toppings fell right off after the only brave soul in my family decided to try a slice. The grease literally soaked through the box and onto my table. Tried to call for them to make it right, and deliver another pizza in case this was a rare occurrence, explained this absolute disaster and was told they would call me “right back” which I never received, making this an even more pathetic experience. Unbelievable.

Honestly what’s not to like? I take my reviews serious and these have been well earned and deserved. I would travel from fall river to New bedford at 17 years of age for a steak and cheese calzone and there amazing sauce. Fast-forward to 2025 and I’m 45 years of age still ordering there calzones. Everyone that ive introduced this place to has absolutely loved it! Great food and awesome service 5 all day! A little edit for online orders: It would be great if PayPal was a payment option.

GREASE GALORE!!! Sadly palace has gone down hill. The pizza we ordered seemed like it dipped in grease. From it pouring off the top, drenched on the bottom, and the back right corner of the box had solidified grease by the time I got home which is a 15 minute drive.

We called for a last minute meal as we are heading out for vacation and didn’t want to cook. Staff was very pleasant. Meal was horrible. We ordered two calzones – pepperoni and extra cheese and one with just extra cheese. The pepperoni calzone was severely overcooked and no extra cheese, the other was perfectly fine.

Very disappointed with the food here. Placed an online order. Arrived on time for pick up. Pizza was cold & very thin. Tossed salad was 99% lettuce with 2 tomatoes. I can say I’ve never received a piece of pita bread in a ziplock baggie from any restaurant before. Never going back here again.

Palace has become super inconsistent. Twice in a row now Ive asked for well done and I have undercooked, bordering on raw, dough. One month Ill have a great pizza and the next I wish I would’ve rather had chain pizza like Domino’s or even frozen pizza compared to them. I wish I had saved the pizza to take a picture but I was so disappointed I just threw it out

Paid $4.25 for a half full container of fries that tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in weeks. They’re expensive and don’t even give you your money’s worth. I ordered a steak and cheese sub, which was good and is the reason why I’m giving two stars instead of one.

I’ve ordered from the Dartmouth location twice and it’s been AMAZING! The food is always hot, correct and it’s delivered waaaaay before the expected delivery time. I’ve gotten the chicken palace calzone, waffle fries, Buffalo chicken sub & a pastrami sub. Everything is always great. This is my go to place!

Place is over priced and food is sub par, called and they couldn’t tell me what kind of French fries they had and consistency is poor as well not to mention the poor hygiene or lack of hair restraints. Burgers are rubber or rubber like and quality does not meet any standards
