Very pleasant experience a few days ago at the Nursery Rd Starbucks!

The barista made us a fantastic mocha frappuchino with soy milk and no whip cream, and a horchata foam iced espresso which was amazing. Parking is a little tight, the spots are narrow and limited so on busy days I bet it’s difficult, however we had no issues when we went. The staff were very polite and the shop is very clean.

We will gladly return, thank you!

This could easily be 5 stars! Simple fix- listen to the customers that frequent this location. Stop hiding the straws. It makes you waste 4 mins of your time waiting for straws. If I do a mobile order, I am looking to pick up and go – not wait for someone to hand me a straw.

My favorite Starbucks by leaps and bounds! The staff is always so attentive and effective! It’s clean, and a great place to hang out and get some work done!

They’re super fast, so a great Starbucks to stop at if you are heading to the airport.

This is one of the better Starbucks in the surrounding area and service is also reasonably fast and good. In store experience is also good, very clean and quiet place to relax or get some work done.

I was there today on 11/25 they have no system and they were only accepting cash, which is fine. My issue was that they couldn’t redeem my birthday coffee, despite the fact that I was willing to show my ID. I believe there should be a way to work better with the customers under this situation.

It is 94° and I just waited eight minutes to be Acknowledged.

Were they able to pretend I did not exist a bit longer, they would have… unfortunately for them, another patron came and they were forced to acknowledge my existence.

Had I not violated my Own morals re: the conflict, I would not be in such an abysmal circumstance.

Literally my Worst experience to date & I’m pretty sure the Manager was the one who engaged in the protracted ignoring.

This Starbucks has a big, open space with high ceilings that welcome you inside. Plenty of seating. Restrooms are among the cleanest we’ve ever seen. WiFi connectivity was more reliable than most. Although this corner, nondescript location isn’t much from the outside, it’s deceptively modern and nice inside. Overflow parking is adequate (limited spaces in front feel tight), but you must cross in front of the drive through lane and cars entering from the road don’t have much space so use caution when walking to and from your vehicle.
