5 stars every time. The food at Bucharest Grill is always on point—fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The chicken is fresh and tasty, and the veggie shawarma is delicious as well. The service is just as impressive: friendly, fast, and welcoming. It’s one of those places you can count on for a great meal and a great experience. Highly recommend!

This is my second time at this location! I was greeted by Jayla who was very pleasant. When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. I would of liked a hook in the restroom to hang up my purse while I used the restroom. Otherwise a beautiful experience. I will be back to this location in Southfield on Northwestern Highway.

I always make a point to get shawarma when I’m back in SE Michigan, and Bucharest is in my top 5. Staff is always attentive and quick with the orders. Wraps are always well put together and delicious! My tip: ask for extra pickles on your wraps.

Bucharest has the best chicken shawarma hands down. The restaurant is always clean and the staff looks great and are so nice. You have to eat here at least one in your life. The curly fries are a big plus!

Food is always on point.
However the place smelled more like a dispensary than a restaurant. The person behind the counter didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and was not at all welcoming. I’ll spend my money somewhere else. I would describe the experience as off putting. This was my first time at the NorthWest location and I’m pretty sure I’ll go across the street to the other joint that serves its food warm.

The food is always excellent here. I have never had my order wrong. The staff is very pleasant. I was watching while I waited and they all worked together smoothly. It looks like staff is happy with their jobs. I hope the employer shows appreciation ro the team!

I had a very nice experience with Bucharest grill, the place is new though I have been to other locations very frequently.
The food was delicious at this place, the service could be improved for sure, the place is in a strip mall, ample parking, location could have been improved.

Good food, good location. Same good Eastern European style shawarma as the other Bucharest locations. I think they’re going through some service issues right now though due to this being a new location. Ordered online, and even though the order status said that my food was ready to pick up, had to wait for an additional 25 mins as apparently my order wasn’t made after all.

Food here is fantastic!!! Prices are very reasonable. Good salads, shwarmas, and the curly fries are good even a day old (highestest praise a french fry can receive).I recommend ordering ahead as there’s usually a wait.

I ordered food and ate one slice of pita. When I went to eat the second slice, it was completely covered in mold. I had already eaten part of it. I called the restaurant and the girl who answered was rude and dismissive, saying, “Okay, what do you want to do, come get new bread?”
I then spoke with the manager, who said, “Not saying you’re lying, but we change the bread daily,” which felt very defensive instead of concerned. He offered a $2 refund and asked for my card number over the phone. There was no empathy, no apology, and no real attempt to make the situation right. Very disappointing customer service, especially given the health concern.
