This Jersey Mike’s location has become one of our dependable go-to lunch spots. The quality here is always consistent, every order is correct, and we never have to worry about anything being made wrong. It’s nice to visit a place where you know you’re getting the same great taste every single time.
The staff here is always very friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in. They take their time, greet you with genuine energy, and make sure your sandwich is prepared the right way. You truly feel like they care about the customer experience — not just pushing orders out.

My first time getting a tuna sandwich I did not accept the lettuce because it was brown!
The associated that’s what happens when it sits out! Poor selection Bob sandwich toppings… No spinach, no olives.
I was impressed that they had gluten-free bread, however the associate did not mention I would be paying extra, nor did he mention that I was paying extra for cheese!
A ten-dollar sandwich turned out to be 14.00!!
I told him I would never be back again!

Im only leaving this review because of the great team of people that work here they are very hardworking. If you are an owner or manager of this location you should be very grateful for the team you have here. When I come in if they are slammed with orders they do their absolute best to run an efficient line with excellent customer service. Location is clean and jersey mikes is one of my go-to spots to get a quick sub. I also love that they have a gluten free bread options.

I’m a huge “sub” person, always have been. I’ve actually been looking forward to trying Jersey Mike’s for years! Moving around a lot, and having no access to one. I’ve recently moved to Zephyrhills FL and found one only half a mile away, yay! Finally got there today.
What a disappointment First off, the price was a bit much for what I received. Definitely not comparable. And honestly, I could’ve made a tastier sub at home. And the tomatoes were not ripe at all, like eating tasteless plastic. Although the 2 employees were pleasant, the way I was served was a bit absurd. Is it really your policy to just walk away from a customer you’re serving to go start cooking a pickup order? There was another lady came out from the back and asked if help was needed… they said no, as the line behind me had been building. My advice, save your money.

Let me start by saying I normally have no issues with this store and would give them 5 stars but today I experienced a moment of just attitude from the young girl making my sandwich (hot sub). I specifically ordered without ranch/mayo/tomato. I saw her slab a jar load of mayo on my sandwich. And instead of pulling my sandwich out and potentially causing a scene i discretely went out of the store checked my sandwich and politely said my order is incorrect can it be remade. I then had to justify what was wrong and the same young girl who made my sandwich remade it correctly this time. The issue was not so much the lack of making the order right, but the blatant attitude and eye rolling from the girl making the sandwich. I also watched another young girl rummage for the slip to see if I was correct …not sure why. But the man who took my order apologized and handed me the sandwich and I left. I dont typically make complaints. I try to make positive reviews, but I felt like this is a learning experience. I understand your store is busy but having an attitude will not make things any easier. Again normally a great location.

So I got around to trying a Jersey Mikes and it wasn’t bad except for a few issues, they seem a little high priced compared to other sub shops and didn’t really seem to follow directions when i ordered my subs to go. I ordered a BLT with American cheese and mayo for my wife and what I received was a bacon, mayo and cheese sub, I don’t know what was difficult about that but basically my wife received a bacon sandwich which was very upsetting. The other 2 subs were steak and cheese and they tasted very good. The establishment is very clean and well kept and for the most part the employees are pleasant. Another downside is they don’t offer toasting.

Arrived at 8:00 or so, greeted upon entry by a well dressed employee. Very courteous and attentive, he took my wife’s order and began to cook. A second young man took my order and prepared my sub. He was engaged and made sure I was happy with my purchase. A third young lady rang up the order with a pleasant voice and asked if we were pleased with our subs. Amazing turn around, kudos to the leadership

Every time I order to go from this location, I ask for no mayo and they add it every time. It completely ruins my appetite every time I open the package to find mayo and it’s just throwing money away. Please pay closer attention to what you are making and don’t just assume that everyone likes mayo.
