this was my favorite location, unfortunately i’ll never be back and neither will my family or friends!!! my boyfriend ordered our lunch and our order ended up being incorrect, so we walked back in and politely asked if we could get it remade… since we paid for it… and i watched the cashier (who was kind, thank you!!) correctly write our order down, and everything seemed to be fine till we received our order back. IT WAS STILL INCORRECT!!! we asked for no onion, and it was deliberately put on the sandwiches AND we were missing ingredients we requested. this is absolutely uncalled for.

My office ordered several carry out orders and almost nothing was right. The chips were said to be in the bags but when I got to work none of the bags had chips. The sandwiches were all missing different things, my hook and ladder which was listed as a regular sandwich came with nothing but the meet cheese and onions, jalapeños were ordered on one and they were put on the wrong sandwich. Sadly a pretty crummy experience from a usually good location. Disappointing
