We love Dominos and have ordered pizza from them frequently. This location, however, is terrible. Received 3 pizzas tonight that were bizarrely spicy. The spice seemed to be coming from the crust, even though we got the kind we always do. The pizzas were completely inedible. Manager at the store argued they didn’t do anything different and didn’t express any care or concern about our experience. His first response was disbelief and an assertion that they’ve never had this complaint and that it basically didn’t happen. His only offer was for us to drive 30 mins back to return and get them remade or to get a credit with the warning that the next pizzas would be the exact same because they didn’t do anything different. Zero customer service. We won’t be returning to this location in the future. Wish I would have read the reviews for this location first. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your pizza in Saratoga.

Something happened with they’re XL dough
So we had to wait longer for our pizza.
Because of the wait they gave us another pizza for free. Very nice and helpful staff! Would recommend the pizza was delicious.

I’ve been using this Dominos for a while, typically I do order pickup and it works great and the food is good. The rare occasion I get delivery it has always been terribly orchestrated or managed. I’ve NEVER gotten my order when it said it would be delivered. So on this most recent occasion (which is why I’m leaving the review) I called to see where my order was because it had been in the “quality check” stage for over 30 minutes. The kid on the phone said it’s been sitting there this whole time, and I asked if the pizza sucks can I call you back? He said “K” and then I waited for a different response and none was given. I stated “I’ll wait for your guy to get here then” and he hung up the phone. No apologies, no explanations. Nothing. Terrible customer service with a terrible attitude. I would’ve accepted an explanation, I would’ve been great with “yeah if your order isn’t up to standard please call us back” but to have this entitled little jerk just hang up the phone and not value the customer, I’m not okay with. I will no longer be using this location at all.

Worst made pizza ever. Ridiculous. These people have no idea how a Dominos pizza is made. There was no cheese on the pizza and peppers were sliced several inches long and uncooked .

This is the worst run dominos franchise that I have been to in my whole life and that isn’t an exaggeration. I don’t think I have ever had a completely correct and onetime order here ever. I once received another individuals order instead of mine and mine had way more so I called the store and they said they would send the correct one… it took 45 minutes for it to get to me and guess what… it still wasn’t even correct. I called the store after receiving the second incorrect order and I told them it was wrong again but to just forget it because I was done. I then served everyone the gluten free pizzas that I received for some reason that know one knows apparently. In the end after I left my feedback they gave me one free pizza not including delivery. If you have another option order somewhere else, but if this is the only option may the odds be ever in your favor.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I called on 12/27/2025 at 6:45 PM. The guy that answered the phone hung up on me while I was mid-sentence asking if my daughter could place an order over the phone and pay in the store with a Mastercard gift card she was given for Christmas. He was very rude. This store will NEVER get our business again, which is sad because we love dominos pizza. From now on, we will order from the store that’s further away, because their customer service doesn’t suck.

I would give this overall 1 star for my last visit, but I’ve had good pizza from here before. My last time though, I got 2 large pepperoni pizzas and one was so dry and stale I cut my mouth on it. May have been old, but more likely they forgot to put sauce on it… Or very minimal sauce. I’ll give it another try though and update this review depending how it goes.

I ordered about 10 minutes prior to closing, and the store manually cancelled my order immediately after. Why take orders through the app if they’re not going to be fulfilled? I know a lot of employees kind of check out and start closing up early, but if that’s the case, why not change the closing time or stop accepting orders at an earlier time?

Do. Not. Order. From. This. Store. Seriously just save yourself the trouble- get it from another location, or get costa vida, hell even betos- anything but ordering from this store, no matter what you do.

We put in an order around 6:40, and it gave us an estimate of 7:40, so we went ahead with the order. It kept bumping back in time gradually. It ended up getting bumped back to 8:40 and we actually got it at 8:55, so over two hours after we ordered. It was of course, dead cold. That’s not even the main issue though, I get that sometimes things just take time. It’s the fact that they didn’t give us an accurate time from the beginning. We could’ve went in for pickup or just made other dinner plans if we’d known it would take this long. And the thing is, this location has done the exact same thing before. This kind of thing throws a family’s whole routine off, and the fact that we were so busy (which is why we ordered in the first place) makes it even more infuriating. I even called them and asked for a refund, discount- anything on their end to make it right, and nothing. The girl on the phone basically made it sound like I should’ve known this would happen lol. Again- DONT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS
