UPDATE: I received a response from the owner. I had called and asked for Saj twice on 2 different days. He was not there. I left my name with a front desk worker but haven’t heard back from anyone.
Customer service sucks just as much as the food. Went and picked up the big daddy pizza. I don’t live far from there i was coming from emsworth to mckees rocks that’s a 12 min drive. Got to the pizza place no parking for starters. They didn’t take my name down so they had to look for a big daddy with only cheese to give to us. Got home opened the box stone cold. Cheese wasn’t melted bread is hard. Called the restaurant to tell them David answered and said you picked it up at 6:24 it’s been 30 minutes of course it’s gonna be cold. i understand it wasn’t gonna be pipping hot but this kinda cold is as if it’s been sitting for hours. He was rude doesn’t know anything about customer service clearly. Nothing but straight attitude. I’ve ordered pizza from places further than mckees rocks and they were still warm when they were opened at home even ordering from uber or doordash they’re still warmer. Also the price online doesn’t match in store online the price is $16.99 but in store it’s $22. Place is a joke I’m for sure never going back.

I called my order in for pick up and the guy David answered the phone at fox’s and was so ignorance and short that I almost did even want the order. When I picked up my order I found out his name. The rest of the staff was so nice and professional that I gave a nice tip. David should not be working in customer service position.

Best steak pizza I ever had. Delivery was fast and the driver was really nice. The food arrived warm and safely. My order was accurate and was delicious. Absolutely recommend this place.

Foxs pizza use to be a good place to eat at i dont know what happened but the food went down hill if you ask me. The dough is chewy if u like it like that good but for those that dont just ask for your pizza well done and not burned just well cause they burned my pizza when i asked for it to be well done nobody takes their job serious its a shame
