I always go there around 1-3 am and the employees that have nightshift there are amazing. It’s the best place to get coffee once you’re worn out at midnight. Though there are a few homeless people there that eat and loiter for the warmth, they’re very nice and have no ill intentions. It may be a little loud there but only because of the machines that make your order. How else would your food be done? The ice coffee, hot chocolate and strawberry milkshakes are amazing. 9/10 would recommend

The employee Fernanda has no respect towards customers. When we were placing our order she started rushing us, however when we match her speed she was like slow down (she seems new because she was all over the place.)So I did slow down and ordered an item at a time. In my order I specified I wanted 1 hot Black Forest and 3 veggie sandwiches.
Even after I finished telling her my order I said yes 1 Black Forest and 3 veggie sandwiches to make it simpler for her. She still managed to get my order wrong. She gave me 4 veggie sandwiches instead. And when I brought it to the attention of her and the other person that made it they tried gaslighting me instead. With an attitude she took it back and made the black forest sandwich. While she was making it I’m not sure why she thought it would be a good idea to loudly talk negative about customers while she clearly saw I was standing there she was gossiping about previous situations where customers asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that she would simply tell them “they’re not there” and laughed. After she finished the Black Forest sandwich, she threw it on the counter without saying anything and to make matters worst she burned it. At this point I just wanted to leave before I said anything, obviously she doesn’t care, she’s only there for the paycheck

Beating up a homeless with an umbrella because he was sitting inside, I ask the cashier who is he why. He treating the guy like that and she said he works here, the guy said is cold out side and the guy in the brown jacket kept hitting the homeless guy, please help Report this I felt so sad for the homeless guy and he wasn’t bothering anyone.

This woman here is where RACISM LIVES. This is 100% unacceptable and definitely calling corporate. One thing for certain is if someone ask for a REFUND for poor service give them their REFUND. They had a difficult time understanding what I wanted to order. I said my order slowly and they still got it wrong. They also had an attitude while I was ordering. I just gave up and had to get going. I ended up throwing the sandwich away to be honest and just drank my cappuccino.

It says their full name on my ticket, but I’ll just give the initials D.R. Maybe someone else has a better experience ordering from this person.

I came here yesterday to get a “chilla” came in with my son and he needed to use the restroom. I asked if I can get the key to the restroom and I believe her name is “Zulema T” asked the other girl in there if it was out of order in front of me really loud so I can hear. You can tell she just asked her that so the other lady had an excuse as to why they shouldn’t let us use the restroom. The other lady said yes. I then told them there wasn’t a sign on there that says it’s out of order. She then made up another excuse which was “it’s for employees only” “not a public restroom “ I also told her there is also not a sign on there that states that. I left after getting my order. They could’ve said that from the beginning and not try and lie their way out of us or letting my son use the restroom. This place hires lying employees. Manager should be on site with all these bad reviews about workers.

They have the worst employees and the worst customer service here. I was there at 3 am one night. I only got two donuts, but she managed to screw the order up. When I drove back to fix it, the girl gave me attitude rolling her eyes and acting put out. Finally she said she didn’t screw up, I did. That she gave me what I asked for. Um…ok, I think I know what I ordered. And that ain’t it. It’s customer 101. Just put on a happy face, apologize for the inconvenience, and fix the problem.
