I placed an online order while traveling through. Ordered a Lg pan, with sweet marinara, crispy pepperoni cups (extra), and garlic. I have ordered this exact pizza from other locations and was awesome. This wasn’t even edible. As you will see in the pictures, the garlic was so much (one of those things that a little goes a long way), and it wasn’t even spread evenly. And it was left in the oven too long, or, maybe the other stores have placed it with the cheese, then topped with. The crispy chips. All i know is the garlic is burnt in some spots, and so much of it that it was just nasty. And several of the cridpy cups tasted burnt as well. I thought he used the wrong sauce, it was spicy, not sweet, and called him to ask what sauce he used, he said it was sweet marinara, as ordered. It did not taste loke it at all, but decided that the excessive use of chopped garlic, and some of the topping being burnt just ruined the whole thing, making it bitter!! I had one slice, about 10 miles away from the store, then another hour down the road, tried to remove some of the garlic ate a 2nd slice, but still too much burnt/garlic taste. Threw the other 6 slices in the trash. Pd $25 and was expecting to eat on this for the remainder of my travels that day and maybe the next day took. **And the guy on the cutting table needs to learn how to greet his customers…..he merely said helloe and went back to cutting pizzas from the oven. Not sure who was suppose to run the register and help me, I stood there waiting for maybe another employee to come up and take care of the register? I could see that he was taking care of a big delivery before me. A simple “I will take care of you in a few minutes” would’ve told me that HE was my person. I felt very awkward and ignored as I stood there, with my cane and waiting and waiting. Finally, the same guy turns around and ask “what can i help you with?” I get it, he was busy clearing the oven of pizzas, so they don’t burn like mine did. But at least let me know that you are the person that I am waiting on. Not just a weak “hello” and turn your back to me without any explanation. Poor service, horribly made pizza!! I hope Walnut Ridge, Ar has another pizza place that gives better service and food. Horrible !! Look at all the garlic bunched up in places, snd pepperoni cups filled with it.

I went with my roommate here as we was in the area and we got the personal pan. We loved it! However, there is a pothole they hadn’t fixed due to number of reasons I believe.

I picked up a a pizza at the Walnut Ridge, AR location. It was burned black in places and smelled scorched. Manager Michaela claimed that was normal. When I said it even smelled burned, she told me to shut up because she didn’t want to hear me run my mouth. I asked for a refund and she shorted me, then argued when I told her the correct amount. This was a disgusting experience.

Was told 10 to 15 minutes for our order on a carryout. I came at 15 minutes was told they didnt know when my order would be done. Maybe 15 more minutes. My order was a chicken Alfredo with bread sticks. So they are saying they are getting deliveries that is pushing the carryout times way out.

We did never get our food the Walnut ridge Arkansas manager said that he could not hear me on the phone so I called the answering service and we got there to pick up the pizza they said no pizza the manager was rude so we left I called the store but it was like oh well we’re just having problems with our service it was kind of like sorry about you

For the night of April 23rd of 2025, around 8:20ish? : I am a student at the local college, enduring finals week, a lot of anxiety and a ton of pressure. I ordered my usual thing, a large meat lovers with stuffed crust. When I called to place my order, the guy who would also cook my food took my number and immediately said that he liked that sequence of numbers. I laughed of course, because that was funny. He sympathized with the finals situation and talked me into getting a really good cheesy stuffed crust that had three different ranch dressings to dip. His overall attitude made me feel a lot less anxious about the coming exams, he was super cool, and I ended up with the best pizza that I will be ordering from now on. I don’t know his name, but it would be a crime to not give him a raise, a promotion, at least a bonus. 5/5, absolutely will dine again. Never had a problem with the service, but this guy specifically made my week.
